"Positives - on the beach front with lovely views, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions.
Very nice English breakfast.
Staff were polite and efficient.
Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food.
Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains.
Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night.
Limited amenities."

"I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays.
We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.

"The hostel was really nice and very well located. There was live music on Friday night and it was a chill vibe. Staff was really helpful. Offered and switched me to a female dormitory from mixed one upon arrival which i appreciated. The beds can be loud when anyone moves at night, in case anyone's a light sleeper, can be disturbing. Didn't bother me. The pier was just a 2 minutes walk away."

"The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10."

We even had a warm welcome from one of the locals when we got to the room 😉

"Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff who even offered a free upgrade to a sea-view room on Christmas Day! The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself feels new and modern. There’s a convenient car park just across the road with a discount for guests, which is perfect for travellers with a car. I also enjoyed the movie night held in the basement — such a nice touch! The location is ideal with easy access to Brighton’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Family Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean.
Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!"

"The hotel was right by the train station so easy to drop off luggage then head out and leave our luggage there when we checked out as we had a few hours before our train home. We had an issue with our room and the staff were so very helpful could not do enough. They could not move us but offered a one night refund, breakfast free of charge. We felt like royalty. Big thanks to staff members Gracjan, Justin and Alice who just made everything perfect for us. The choice on the breakfast menu was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we became members of there hotel chain for future stays."

MMirandaK95We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!
We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

VVieraskäyttäjäA stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is a great Hotel right on sea front , easy walking distance to Town Centre. Quirky interesting entrance lobby and bar . Staff friendly and well presented . I was travelling on my own and had room only . This was spotless and comfortable , good temperature , comfy bed. I have stayed some years ago and breakfast was good. I would recommend and will definitely stay again as very good value .

It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)

VVieraskäyttäjäWe had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!

IIza CThe staff is amazing from a to z, also bed linens and towels are clean like new. The mattress was very comfortable and good quality. The breakfast was very basic English with filtered coffee. But the building is almost falling apart which is a shame. It takes 15-20 minutes in bus A5 or 5 for £3 one way, which is quite handy. The free parking is fairly good and also handy. The cost for a double room was £175 and I believe that was way higher than it should. All I’m saying is that if I would have known, I could get a much nicer hotel for that amount.

VVieraskäyttäjä방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
