We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

Erinomainen paikka yöpyä. Yövyin mikrohuoneessa, joka oli suunniteltu yksin matkustaville, ja mikro se olikin! Mutta se oli erittäin siisti, sisustettu ripauksella fantasiaa ja vaikka se oli pieni, siinä oli kaikki mitä voisi kuvitella. Henkilökunta, jonka kanssa olin tekemisissä, oli aina ystävällistä, kohteliasta ja vastaanottavaista. Sijainti on lähellä rautatieasemaa ja sen metro- ja RER-linjoja. Kaiken kaikkiaan pieni, mutta erinomainen pieni hotelli yöpyä. En epäröisi palata tähän paikkaan.

Erittäin pieni huone, suihku oli mukava ja vesi oli lämmin ja työskentelee hyvin, tv ei monia kanavia, mutta todella pieni huone! Lisää kuin voit odottaa. aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta munia ei näyttänyt hyvin tehty. Uima-allas on hyvin pieni kiinnittää huomiota peili, joka tekee sen suuremmaksi kuvissa..

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

The hotel is quite good, have water machine outside the room, complimentary sparkling water, and offers a stunning view of Eiffel Tower from the rooftop.

In Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

Being just a stone's throw from Gare du Nord makes arrivals and departures incredibly convenient, especially for those utilizing Eurostar or other train services. Despite the bustling area, the hotel itself felt like a quiet haven. It's also very well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore all of Paris's attractions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes right on the doorstep. Cleanliness: ★★★★★ (5/5) I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room felt fresh and inviting, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. Friendly Service: ★★★★★ (5/5) The staff at Hotel Richmond truly elevated my stay. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness. The reception staff were particularly friendly. I had a wonderful experience at Hôtel Lebron. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from major metro lines, shops, and charming cafés in the 9th arrondissement. It's an ideal base for exploring Paris. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and stylishly Parisian. My room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and strong Wi-Fi. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The staff were truly the highlight of my stay. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations — they made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a variety of options to start the day right. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend Hôtel Lebron to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Paris.

Very horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
