Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Calvados

Very clean, ok room size, very nice ad helpful lady at the front desk. I asked about some cheese recommendations and she took a time to even search online and explained to me the differences and gave me tips to get the right ones! Amazing 🤩

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

Quite new hotel from 2021. Perfect for that price. Location is in a ok location without sea view surrounding with shops and restaurants.

This hotel is quite new on the edge of Ouistreham and is an ideal stopping point before joining the ferry. The facilities were basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. You get a decent bed, air con, and small bathroom with shower and that's about it. There is no catering - you cvan have breakfast at a bench if you want - and no kettle or drinks facilities in the room. The place has an automated check-in system, which was on the blink when we visited. It is also a fair walk to get to Ouistreham's limited facilites. On the whole, we loved it.

What to say about this beautiful mansion/castle… It is a gorgeous building, with a gorgeous park, and gorgeous potential. But unfortunately I believe it is also a very difficult and expensive business for the owners to keep up with not only the style/deco, cleanliness of the amenities and labour charges for the service. The staff we met was really sweet and helpful to us, but surely overworked and multitasking at everything. I have plenty I could discuss here, there is so much that could be done to make this castle hotel experience as a premium one. But, am not the owner, I don’t have the responsibility and the stress of maintaining a HUGE place with limited revenue and forever overheads to deal with…. I’d like everyone here to think that when you are choosing to stay in a castle, and you pay only €160 a night, you cannot expect the results of a €350 one. So, yes, there are many things to improve at BelleFontaine, but please, do continue to stay there, dear Travellers, to allow the owners and their family members, to take care of their castle. Se on hieman kävelymatkan päässä päälinnasta, mutta erittäin kätevä autoileville turisteille. Yksityinen pysäköinti on saatavilla 4 eurolla päivässä. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Vastaanoton palvelu ansaitsee kiitosta; kun kirjauduin sisään ensimmäisen kerran, epäilin puhelimeni kadonneen, ja vastaanotto auttoi minua tarkistamaan valvontakameratallenteen löytääkseni sen. Se löydettiin myöhemmin huoneen peittojen alta, eivätkä he valittaneet siitä lainkaan.

Huoneen, sängyn ja seinän välinen tie, astiat, käsinpesukone, hevosenkelit, aamulla juotava kuppi, aamiainen lattia jne. ovat hyvin pieniä!Tämä on odottamatonta. Hotelli on kuitenkin puhdas, vastaanotto on ystävällinen ja pysäköinti on myös suuri. On huomattava, että vaikka aamiainen on valinnut runsaasti, minusta tuntuu laadultaan yleiseltä ja ei ole mitään makua.Minusta olen syönyt parempaa aamiaista muissa hotellissa.

Emplacement stratégique si vous voulez visitez les plages du débarquement ! Hôtel impeccable et personnel serviable et agréable. Nous avons réservé une chambre. Agréable surprise, nous avons un appartement ! Une pièce faisant cuisine et salon plus une chambre et une grande salle de bain. Nous avons réservé pour une nuit et avons prolongé notre séjour d'une seconde nuit. Petit déjeuner très bien et copieux servi en bas de notre bâtiment. Parking cher pour une nuit (9€) mais possibilité de se garer gratuitement au port, ce que nous avons fait. Une petite porte vous amène à la résidence (à peine 2mn à pied) et vous permet aussi de vous rendre en ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Era una noche con alojamiento y desayuno está un poco lejos de caen pero el tranvía está en la puerta del hotel... En el desayuno la señora que da desayuno es un poco desagradable pero el desayuno está bastante bien. Abajo nada más entrar tienes para rellenarte la botella de agua gratis.... Y la calefacción de la habitación va fenomenal volvería la cocina bastante completa.
