Unser Aufenthalt im Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa war einfach top! Das Hotel ist ganz neu, modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Pablo für den tollen Service! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig, und die Zimmer waren einfach wunderschön. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel jest naprawdę niesamowity. Otoczenie jest pełne zieleni, mnóstwo basenów otwartych, ogromne place zabaw. Dużo atrakcji dla dorosłych i dzieci. Obsługa hotelu jest wyjątkowo pomocna, a animatorzy są SUPER. Opiekują się dziećmi i wymyślają cudowne pokazy wieczorami.

Big size with balcony, great view to the sea view. 2 minutes to the bus station and local market. The gentleman in reception are nice and helpful. I booked the taxi to the airport over there

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks.  The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm!  Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc.  The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door.  Cleaned every day and cleaned well.  Lots of restaurants and shops close by.  The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box)  We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey

Sijainti on huippu. Ja tietysti rahasi 💰 ovat sen pennin arvoisia, jotka maksat tästä hotellista. Suosittelen aina tätä paikkaa, koska se sijaitsee kauneimmalla paikalla 😍❤️ Aamiainen ja mukavuudet ovat hyvät. Et näe sitä missään päin Eurooppaa maksamallasi summalla. Tänne on helppo mennä lentokentältä, teimme sen vain bussilla ja se on vain noin 4 euroa. Kysy vain matkanjärjestäjältä lentoasemalla, ja he auttavat sinua siellä.
