"The lobby is magnificently decorated with exquisite embellishment to the extent almost every detail has been ornamented exclusively . sort of like stepping into a royal palace in a three dimensional world ! The Security guy at entrance by the main door impressed me by his kindness and heartwarming service.But one of the lady from front desk is awful and extremely terrible with her shitty attitude and service. But Big thumbs to the guy who willingly made a small cup of hot americano for me 👏🏻❤️"

Hotellin palvelu on ollut erinomainen! Tuosta hetkestä lähtien olen tuntenut henkilöstön innostuksen, hoitaa nopeasti oleskelua ja suositella lähistöllä olevia nähtävyyksiä. Huone on laaja ja valoisa, uusi ja täydellinen rakennus, erityisesti pöytä on hyvin toimistokelpoinen ja hygienia on hyvin puhdas. Aamiainen on rikas ja ravintoaineena sopiva. Se on todella tyytyväinen!

Vie lapset kaupunkien eläintarhaan ja verrataan monia kolmen hengen hotellia. Päädyin tähän paikkaan, nimen todellinen!! Ilmastointi, lounge on lämmin, olemme asettaneet tavallisen suuren makuuhuoneen, ja reception on parantanut meille ilmaiseksi luksusmakuuhuoneelle 🛏️! Hotellihuone on hyvin uusi, puhdas hygienia, huoneen pinta-ala on myös suuri, ja on myös ikkunan maissi, erittäin 👍🏻👍🏻 kuuntele minua, ota lapsen perhe valita tämän perheen! Tärkeintä on myös palvelun asenne!!!!

竹山温泉真的很好玩！下次再也不來了！
環境很好！在大山裡頭！
但是高德定位有問題，酒店明明在山腳下，愣是給定位到山頂，各種繞，開着車來回空跑二十公里。最後還是聯繫酒店前台共享定位才找到酒店的。計劃晚上7點10分到，結果到酒店已經7:36了，温泉8點就關門。
房間超級大！但是隔音為0，隔壁按個開關都能聽得清清楚楚。隔壁兩間房，其中一個在哪裡從九點鐘開始洗澡洗了50分鐘，剛開始我們以為是空調噪音，響了半個小時，實在受不了了，就叫了服務員過來看。後來發現是隔壁在洗澡，服務員走了以後，這個斯又洗了二十幾分鍾，我們以為正常人不可能洗那麼久，就懷疑是管路出了啥問題，又叫服務員來，隔壁這才停下。服務員剛走，這個**又開始不停的用冷水，又折騰了20分鐘，22：10才消停。
此時，靠近床頭的另一間房開始表演了，一個男的一直在那唱歌，房間裏來回走動，折騰到夜裡12點多。
建議服務員明明知道房間不隔音就儘量把大家安排的稍微分散一些，服務員説滿房了。停車場一共停了7輛車，你告訴我滿房了？
聊聊正面的，前台，温泉，早餐的服務態度挺好，地理位置很好，洗澡池子也很乾凈，早餐種類少一些但是肉火燒啥的超級好吃。
但話説回來，一個酒店，最重要的是給客人提供安靜的舒心的居住環境。最基本的這一點反而做不到。各位客觀如果不信這個邪，可以自己花錢住一晚體驗一下
