"The hotel is in the Old Quarter and some tourist attractions are just walking distance. The staffs are very approachable and friendly. One staff, Peter, offered as package tour services to explore Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. It was a good experience and we enjoyed exploring other parts of Vietnam. Overall, we liked our stay and the places we visited with the tour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Pros: The location of the hostel is 10/10, in the heart of old city, close to every attraction. Staff is so nice, welcoming and helpful, with perfect English, especially breakfast staff. Breakfast is simple, but good. Cons: The worst thing I witnessed during my 4 months trip through SEA - when I was checking out, I was still in the room packing and the lady came early and changed my sheets, and just folded my blanket and left it on the bed!!!!! They are not changing blankets after every person, which is unacceptable!!!!!! I've been to a lot of hostels, but never saw anything similar! Clean bedsheets are essential, and if you have to, put higher price but provide clean sheets, it is not the point to give cheap price and used blankets! Shared bathrooms are soo tiny, showers and toilets barely usable. Everything is open, so the bathroom is kinda in the hallway. Is is cleaned twice a day, but anyway it's very dirty. The room is not cleaned, the lady just comes and changes the sheets when someone checks out (but only sheets, not the blankets). And one more thing, which is not hostels fault, the people whom I shared the room with were the worst, and again I haven't experienced anything similar during 4 months traveling in Asia, no consideration to other people in the room, speaking loudly on the phone at any time, slamming doors in 3am, 6am, eating in the room at 3am, turning on the lights during night, packing, unpacking loudly during all night, playing loudly tiktok during night.... It was the worst 4 nights in my life!"

"Hotelli on rehellisesti sanottuna aika mahtava hintaansa nähden, ja olen siellä usein käyvä. Varasin huoneen klo 23 ja kirjauduin sisään samana iltana klo 5. Hotellissa oli henkilökuntaa auttamassa minua sisäänkirjautumisessa, vaikka ajankohta oli heille outo ja aika viime hetkellä. Huoneet olivat kuvien mukaiset ja kalusteet/huonekalut olivat laadukkaita. Rakastan jatkuvia kuumia suihkuja! Aamiaisella oli erinomainen valikoima ruokia ja rakastin sitä, mitä söin."

"The location in the alley but it easy access just walking distance. There also near the Tay Ho lake just have a walk nearby for the cold breeze especially in the morning . Nearby have many cafe and there is Korean restaurant . You can walk a little bit more and there is very delicious Pho ( you can check my photo uploaded ). The room itself have big bed for me as solo traveller . Cleanliness need to be improve . Hot water works well . Fan and aircond functional but I think it no need to be turn-on since it already cold here . There are 2 bottles of drinking water with 2 snacks if you arrive in hungry stomach.. Customer service respond faster and helpful . My check-in process very smooth . There are 2 passwords need to remember , the gate password at the basement before getting into the elevator , and your room door's password - I like to say it very safe and secure here . Price very cheap and affordable . Please wear slipper in the room because floor very cold 24/7 or you will get cold easily ."

"I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip."

"Super convenient location. Very new, room is not big but layout is decent. Room cleaning services are available every day (we only knew when we asked, was not informed during check in), though we requested not to since we’re only staying for very few days and sometimes we go back to our room to rest during the daytime. The thing I dislike the most is that there’s no door for the shower, all water just spilled out to the whole toilet despite trying to be very careful. Recommendations: - To inform guests about the daily room cleaning services upon check in - To create a ‘pls make up room’ and ‘do not disturb’ tag for guests to put outside the room so its easy for both guests and cleaners (we requested not to have our room cleaned to the receptionist face to face or by call daily)."

"Really pleasant stay here for a short trip. Room was tidy and neat. Plus there is Netflix on TV. Excellent location and close to nice coffeeshops. Front desk staff Draco, Harry (same name!) And Joyce were super helpful and gave really good recommendations on where to visit. Draco could use some help at night as its not easy to manage both front desk and massage reservations at the same time. Minh and Toan at breakfast were also kind and helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. The team is well prepared and I recommend this place!"
