"Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!"

"We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good."

"這次到霞浦遊玩，感覺最正確的就是選擇入住五星級海悦賓館，價格雖然比其他賓館略高，但一分銅鈿一分貨，親身體會下來，這點錢花得絕對值，而且是超值！
還沒入住前，前台小胡就聯繫了我，為我的入住作了周密安排，豪華奔馳車接站，豪華雙人房升級，親切的話語，不是親人，勝似親人。聽説家人正遇生理期，前台美女立即拿出自己的備用護理用品（忘了問姓名），出門在外，卻處處感受到了賓至如歸的美好感覺。
步入房間，讓人眼睛一亮，明快敞亮的西式風格，豪華進口智能馬桶，寬敞的步入式衣帽間，獨立的衞生間等，家人全都喜歡這樣的裝修風格。
桌上放着迎賓水果，看了心裏暖暖的，感覺到家了。
衞生間備了兩卷衞生紙，避免瞭如廁缺紙的尷尬；水喝完了，晚上覺得口乾，服務員馬上送來了礦泉水，第二天房間裏多了幾瓶水。於細微處見精神，海悦的服務確實做得好。
入住期間，小胡一直問寒敍暖，離店時，又為我安排了送站。由於我把行李寄存在酒店，外出遊玩無法確定回店時間，小胡一直與我保持聯繫，我一回酒店，馬上讓駕駛員把我送到火車站，還為我準備了精美點心。更讓我感動的是，當我問她工號和名字時，她還不願説出來。
這次海濱遊，入住海悦酒店是我最開心的經歷，認識小胡，是我最大的榮幸。
海悦，讓人喜悦，下次，還會再來！"

"這家新開酒店直接刷新我的住宿體驗，本來是抱着“新酒店試試水”的心態訂的，結果住完直接想安利給所有人！謝管家真心不錯，首先誇誇位置，離動車站衹要10分鐘車程，去景區和商場都不用繞路，晚上逛完回去超方便，對路痴太友好了。進房間瞬間驚喜：完全沒有新裝修的味道，空氣很清新！空間比圖片顯大，ins風裝修簡約又精緻，隨手拍都好看。床品軟乎乎的，像陷進雲朵裏，一夜睡到天亮；衞生間乾濕分離超徹底，洗漱用品是淡淡的白茶香，連化粧鏡都帶補光，細節太戳女生了。服務也沒得挑！辦理入住時工作人員主動幫提行李，還送了歡迎水果；晚上想借充電器，前台很快就送上來，態度全程笑眯眯的，感覺很貼心。早餐種類超豐富，現煮的餛飩、熱乎的豆漿、新鮮水果全都有，吃得飽又健康。這個價位能住到設施新、服務好、位置佳的酒店，真的太值了！下次來這兒，直接鎖死這家！"

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

The view from the room is simply too spectacular, overlooking the entire coast and you can see sunset from the comfort of your room. The room itself is equipped with smart systems which was cool. And most importantly, the room was very clean! If any complain i’d give… would be the smell from the surroundings on the balcony. I suspect the fishy smell could be due to the exhaust from neighbouring buildings or from the sea itself…

The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished.
The service could be improved but isn’t bad.
Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us

VVieraskäyttäjäGood location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor.
We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in.
The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer.
The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

VVittoria NardoneWe stayed only one night and were surprised by the size modernity and cleanliness of the room! It had a small entrance with chairs and a table and two big beds. The bathroom had special lights settings and all different toiletries of good quality. The only minus was the breakfast as we read in other reviews it was on the top floor whereas we only received a small plastic box the night before ( they wanted it to deliver it at 10pm and we asked for 9pm) with only a few things (milk, one egg, one fruit, two small pastries).
