Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Xiapu County

This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

Hotel offered us a gift for posting good reviews for them but I must say, I’d still post a positive review even without this gift. The view from the room is simply too spectacular, overlooking the entire coast and you can see sunset from the comfort of your room. The room itself is equipped with smart systems which was cool. And most importantly, the room was very clean! If any complain i’d give… would be the smell from the surroundings on the balcony. I suspect the fishy smell could be due to the exhaust from neighbouring buildings or from the sea itself…

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene and welcoming atmosphere of this wonderful accommodation. The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget. The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it's a destination where comfort, beauty, and warm service come together to create unforgettable memories. This hotel is a fantastic property. The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

The service at the hotel was amazing. every day the staff makes sure that i have every thing i need. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a really good time at the hotel. I hope i come back again in the future .

The location of the hotel is generally good — you can see the sea, and the property itself is well maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished. The service could be improved but isn’t bad. Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

Great place for a relaxing holiday Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road Staff there were friendly and helpful On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

Good location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor. We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in. The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer. The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

We stayed only one night and were surprised by the size modernity and cleanliness of the room! It had a small entrance with chairs and a table and two big beds. The bathroom had special lights settings and all different toiletries of good quality. The only minus was the breakfast as we read in other reviews it was on the top floor whereas we only received a small plastic box the night before ( they wanted it to deliver it at 10pm and we asked for 9pm) with only a few things (milk, one egg, one fruit, two small pastries).
