While using the guest laundry the staff even asked us to finish the drying of clothes for us and bring it to our room. Very happy! Breakfast is plentiful with a vast selection of foods, which changes day to day. Really nothing to complain. Would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Very nice room, clean and we'll kept. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. But we're not always easy to find. The breakfast buffet could use improvement. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the ”ancient city” which really isn't ancient anymore, but a bit far from the central farmers market and the more lively part of town. All in all we were happy with our room and the hotel itself."

"酒店位置方便，各方面都不錯。衹是房間裏衞生間淋浴洗臉池下水道返味，剛進房間因為開窗通風還不覺得，晚上關窗後實在太臭，衹得開窗通風坐到凌晨3點困得不行才睡。後半夜不關窗温度有點低，這一宿實在難熬，6點多天剛亮就下樓呼吸新鮮空氣了。離開時反映給小姐姐，意外獲得“你可以來換房啊！”呵呵，無語了。"

非常好的酒店，原定的孟連平安酒店因客滿安排到了金孔雀酒店，超出預期，這個酒店非常的好，前台服務員小夥值得表揚👍，非常熱情接待，幫提行李，安排房間。房間設施齊全，寬敞、明亮、乾淨、整潔，早餐豐富，停車方便，服務員非常的熱情，，值得推薦入住。

早餐非常不錯、房間挺大的、就是有點吵、外面是馬路就算了、有個手機店和水果店～大喇叭一直在不停的喊、早上九點開始、晚上好像是九點還是十點了結束、而且半夜二點多還來了幾個人在走廊大喊大叫的、不叫了之後一直開個水龍頭、開了很久、聲音特別大。Wi-Fi信號也一般、服務態度也一般。

孟連這家酒店非常好絕對的驚喜，不論酒店設施還是客房設計都獨特匠心，實際比圖片還要美觀。早餐種類多，有水果飲料小吃，衞生間也是乾濕分離！更要感謝的是前台小姑娘熱情的服務態度，我們一家三口訂了兩間大床房，因為車半路出故障導致不能當天到達，報着試試看的想法找前台小姑娘商量能不能更換下第二天，沒想到小姑娘同意了還積極幫我們留房間並且因為沒有我們訂的房型免費升級了其他的房間，在春節這種到處滿房的情況下做到這樣貼心服務非常感謝！

已打卡，住了一晚上，遇到如下問題：
1.房卡開錯了，房門打不開，又去前台重新刷了一下。
2.進入房間後，洗澡時有螞蟻叮腳，發現地毯邊緣有很多螞蟻，就是螞蟻搬家的那種感覺，聯繫前台，給我們換了一間房間，新的房間沒有螞蟻了。
3.新房間裏洗澡的時候，下水道堵塞，水下不去，不過早上起來就沒有了，可能漏的比較慢！
注：以上衹為個人住店所遇到的問題，陳述事實，總體來説不是很滿意！
