以下是可以改進的地方：1 入住當天在酒店門口停車卸行李，門口工作人員非但不幫忙拿行李車，反而催促我們趕快把車開走。2 入住時詢問前台可否升級房間，拒絕得很生硬。 3 房間淋浴間內沒有可以放置東西的枱麪，其實多少都會有點自己的洗浴用品，但是在淋浴間內卻無處安放。 4 酒店明明有AB牙刷可供區分，我的房間內給的都是同一個顏色。
作為利川最好的酒店，感覺管理上還需要更進一步，比如向華住會的酒店學習一下管理經驗，給客人提供更好的入住體驗。"

"從恩施站打車過來十來分鐘，離騰龍洞遊客中心步行五六分鐘，外面就有餐館和超市，地理位置還算比較方便。大堂寬敞明亮大氣，房間內就比較舊。當時定房沒注意看開業時間。房間設施確實是太久了，座機是擺設，電話線沒有；電視插頭也被拔了，不過給前台打了電話就立馬過來處理好了。衞生間的浴簾上一言難盡，好臟。淋浴間的牆壁和玻璃上也全是污漬。浴巾毛巾使用時間太長了，已經很硬了。唯一值得安慰的是，前台熱情態度好，早餐在隔壁全季吃，種類豐富。"

"Location is fantastic, only 1.6km from the Tenglong cave. You can walk there if you wanted. Plenty of food options nearby. Very kind and friendly staff. Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"

"是給長輩代訂，不是自己入住的談不出什麼更多的認識和體會。不過在預訂之初，我在網上看了一下別人其它評價，在猶豫不決之中還給酒店工作人員打電話瞭解一下酒店情況的，後來抱着試試看的態度幫着代訂了。待長輩入住後電話聊天中問了一下這家酒店還那樣？長輩告知還可以還過得去，不知此話是客套客氣話呢，還真過得去，不得而知，但願還可以，待有機會自己在去住住就有數了，一定真實負責的分享感受。"

It didn't look like the hallway carpets were being vacuumed; there was lots of debris on the carpets. Otherwise good location close to restaurants. I would stay again.

VVieraskäyttäjä自駕游到利川，攜程上定了這個房間，沒想到小小的驚喜，因為是淡季，房價才159元，小姐姐還給升級了房間。
酒店是新裝修的，裏面設施很新，馬桶是那種輕智能馬桶，洗浴的水龍頭也比較好，出水很好，衞生狀況也很好，床品也比較舒服，前台小姐姐接待很熱情，還有洗衣房，衣服洗好之後還可以烘乾，性價比超棒。

房間設施還可以，打掃房間的阿姨服務態度還好
但是住店期間遇到一次電梯故障，被困在電梯裏。電梯裏三個電話，衹有一個能打通，對方還不知道是哪裡的電梯。電梯呼叫鈴聽不見外面的聲音。出來後沒有任何解釋道歉，更別提任何賠償。
我們好心提醒酒店務必注意電梯安全，及時更新電梯求救電話，前台還不是很在意的説“行了行了，我們會處理的”衹想趕緊糊弄過去！
最後一天退房，兑換延遲至14:00退房，結果13:00被鎖在外面，去前台問也是一句“那我們都是12:00自動鎖的” 也沒有任何解釋道歉
以這個位置和價格來説，體驗感很不好！
