房間設施還可以，打掃房間的阿姨服務態度還好
但是住店期間遇到一次電梯故障，被困在電梯裏。電梯裏三個電話，衹有一個能打通，對方還不知道是哪裡的電梯。電梯呼叫鈴聽不見外面的聲音。出來後沒有任何解釋道歉，更別提任何賠償。
我們好心提醒酒店務必注意電梯安全，及時更新電梯求救電話，前台還不是很在意的説“行了行了，我們會處理的”衹想趕緊糊弄過去！
最後一天退房，兑換延遲至14:00退房，結果13:00被鎖在外面，去前台問也是一句“那我們都是12:00自動鎖的” 也沒有任何解釋道歉
以這個位置和價格來説，體驗感很不好！"

"Location is fantastic, only 1.6km from the Tenglong cave. You can walk there if you wanted. Plenty of food options nearby. Very kind and friendly staff. Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"

"從恩施站打車過來十來分鐘，離騰龍洞遊客中心步行五六分鐘，外面就有餐館和超市，地理位置還算比較方便。大堂寬敞明亮大氣，房間內就比較舊。當時定房沒注意看開業時間。房間設施確實是太久了，座機是擺設，電話線沒有；電視插頭也被拔了，不過給前台打了電話就立馬過來處理好了。衞生間的浴簾上一言難盡，好臟。淋浴間的牆壁和玻璃上也全是污漬。浴巾毛巾使用時間太長了，已經很硬了。唯一值得安慰的是，前台熱情態度好，早餐在隔壁全季吃，種類豐富。"

VVieraskäyttäjä房東小姐姐很有耐心，可以停車，是小區裏面，還挺新的，可以做飯，飲用水是凈水器加熱的那種，不會造成交叉使用，不會有不衞生的感覺，大冰箱賊好用，哈哈哈，因為是過路，衹住了一晚上，我們就把所有帶的水全冷凍起來，以免第二天喝不到冰水，哈哈哈哈，有蹲便和坐便，坐便可以加熱，除了牙缸少了幾個，客廳麼有空調，但是南邊通透，開窗對流也不是很熱。

MMSjuan這家店的標間是2張1米5寬的床，帶小孩太方便了，房間設施齊全，寬敞採光也好，衞生打掃得很乾凈，前台服務熱情，很貼心的送了利川紅茶，還邀請我們去樓頂乘涼賞花，值得一説的是酒店環境很好，地理位置出行都很方便，利川不愧是全國聞名的避暑勝地，完全用不着空調，秋高氣爽的感覺太棒啦，利川很好，下次還來，很好的一家寶藏酒店值得推薦!
