Beautiful accommodation set in a quaint and quiet ancient town. It was such a peaceful stay - we stayed 3 nights and didnt see any other guests until the last day! The reason for this though is that this place is far from everywhere else (except Tianfu Airport). Our kid loved the outdoor hot tub and would soak and play in it for hours. Service was among the best ever experienced - accommodating and friendly staff, super responsive on WeChat. They gave us a free tea service with sweet potatoes to roast on the patio and it was just the best! The staff really went above and beyond. Our bathroom had a tiny leak and they instantly offered a free room upgrade (which we were too lazy to go through with and they fixed it while we were out the next day anyway). This place is perfect if you love hot tubs and quiet quaint settings (and dont mind long car rides to get anywhere else!)

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). 環境：位置很不錯，樓下就是商場，去商場很方便，有萬達影城，好又多超市。酒店裡有通向商場的手扶梯，直接可以到商場三樓。可以散步到江邊，經過的街道兩邊有許多大小餐館，零食店，超市，小吃攤，算是熱鬧，充滿煙火氣； 衞生：房間及酒店衞生乾淨； 設施：房間裏設施齊全，酒店也有健身房，洗衣房，健身房裡放有礦泉水，這點還不錯。洗衣房也有電視，可以一邊看電視一邊等待，也比較人性； 服務：服務很好，剛剛登記入住，便有客服加微信，表達了訴求需要鋪梳化床，也在約定時間內鋪好。早餐很滿意，菜品很豐盛。小朋友喜歡。 這次入住體驗很好，以後需要還會訂這裏。

The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place. Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home. In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

1、很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台就在一樓服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯! 2、房間空間大，採光好，離高鐵站十多分鐘，大堂明亮，隔壁就是商場，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，早餐也很棒。 3.酒店停車方便，前台服務好，主動給換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，四樓還可以點餐，味道很不錯！

很不錯的酒店，每個房間都有免費的礦泉水，茶葉包和咖啡，房間空間合適，採光好，明亮，設施齊全。衞生間也是做了乾濕分離，很方便。酒店整體的環境也非常不錯，前台服務熱情態度好，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，推薦！

住很多次了，整體感受非常好，床品特別舒服，床墊軟硬適中，昨晚睡得很香，完全沒有認床的不適感，衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水來得快水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很舒服，電視畫質清晰，頻道也多，晚上窩在沙發上看看劇很愜意。每天打掃得也很及時，換下的毛巾傍晚回來就煥然一新了，非常不錯。

酒店很舒服，服務周到，工作人員都很熱情，特別是前台工作人員劉馨介紹得很詳細，需要幫忙的都給解決了，笑容也很甜美，留下了深刻印象。房間也很寬闊大氣，床很舒適，還有浴缸可以泡泡澡洗去一天的疲憊，環境幽靜，適合放鬆。
