It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guesthouse that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The owner’s attentiveness sets this guesthouse apart from any other accommodations I've experienced. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, from offering personalized recommendations to constantly updating and checking up on us.Their passion for providing an exceptional experience was evident in every interaction. The guesthouse itself was beautifully maintained, featuring cozy rooms with a unique decor that reflected the character of the area. The access road to the guesthouse was quite frefreshing with amazing views but the the last 1,3 km was scary. If you planning a visit I suggest ensuring that your vehicle is in good condition and ideally having an experienced driver behind the wheel. With patience and caution, you’ll be rewarded with an unforgettable stay in a beautiful, serene setting.

The hotel is located in a great location, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to Yiwu Trade City. The staff were outstanding, going out of their way to get me non-feather pillows and blankets, due to my allergies. That’s great hospitality! The room is clean & has updated centralized/automated controls. The breakfast was quite decent, but try to avoid rush hours. There are some drawbacks though. The sound proofing of the room isn’t good. You can hear noises or people talking from outside the building, hallways and sometimes next door. Generally you would still get a good sleep since it’s still pretty quiet between 11pm-6am. The safe in the room isn’t too safe if it’s not fixed in place. Anyone can just pick it up and leave. The small rug/carpet by bedside needs a little more cleaning. Lastly it’s about its self-service laundry room. The machines need to be updated! It took 50 mins to wash and about 2 & half hours to dry… that’s ridiculous. In other equivalent hotels, it’s generally 30-35 mins to wash & 40-50 mins to dry, for similar load.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

入住的是廣州街店的花庭房，酒店在廣州街香港街裏有很多店，散落在景區各個角落，各種房型。這兒衹介紹花庭房。花庭房型在景區最裡麪，步行到入口大約八分鐘（也可叫接駁車免費接送）。花庭房區域裏有很多古庭院建築，每座建築裏有幾個房間，有一樓的，二樓的。一般一樓的面積略大，有庭院。二樓的面積稍小，有陽台。廣州街香港街下午一點開園，晚九點閉園。住在裏面的則可以享受24小時進出，不需要這個景區的門票（如要去其它景區，則需要購買聯票，199元一張）。這裏閉園的時候，不論上午還是晚上，遊蕩在空盪盪的街道里，那感覺，驚悚嗨皮**。。一股腦兒竄出，非常奇特。。。房價因淡旺季有高有底，如果淡季非週末來，住在這裏那性價比一百顆星！房間乾淨有特色，服務完美無挑剔！早餐豐富應有都有。綜合評價五顆星滿分！極度推薦。

The house keeping Xiao xiao and team is very responsive. Very prompt to answer questions and arrangements such as buggy to pickup and send to and fro from the room to the entrance. The setup is a reconstruction of the colonial treaty port era of the mid-19th to early 20th century, with a focus on the 1920s and 1930s. If you fancy this vintage experience, it's a lovely time spent. I love every single detail like the antique phone, Art Nouveau and shabby chic style room decor. It is an experience of time travel back to the era and the room package includes a costume for a day for full immersion. The staff like the cleaners and the street food vendors were so friendly and polite. My best experience throughout the stay 🩷🫶 Thank you.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

Good value for money hotel in a quite central part of Yiwu for people coming to check out the international market. Numerous foreign restaurants in the area, a 5 minute walk to district 3 of the market. A 20rmb Didi ride from the train station. Our room was huge, very clean and had an amazingly comfortable bed. Quiet at nights, and no cigarette smoke smell. The staff, particularly the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special, but was enough. Would be nice to have some more amenities in the room though......mini fridge, spoons, coffee etc. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and would happily return.

I would rate 1000/100🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and would book this hotel again when come back to Yiwu! 📍Nice location, you can go to Yiwu International Trade City District 1 by just walking through the underground tunnel, it's very convenient and easy. There're many shops, restaurants, and night market near the hotel, all in walking distance. 🛏️Clean and no odor inside the room, the room is big and bathroom is clean, the bed is very comfy. There is also a big wardrobe that you can put many stuffs inside. 🥪Breakfast has variety and all delicious, I love it! 🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻The front desk and staffs are very helpful and quick response for any requirement. When I felt sick, 漫庭大叔 also went to hospital with me and provided all necessary assistance to make sure I'm ok and back to my return flight safely. This is literally beyond expectation and I deeply appreciate him and this hotel for taking care of the guest at this level of the service. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
