"Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The room was beautiful (although it can help having a little refurbishment, especially the bathroom). The staff is incredible, nice friendly and always trying to help and even if they don't speak English the communication was so easy with everyone. They gave us a room with a beautiful balcony with view and recommendations on restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it"

"The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!"

"The hotel is nice. The room is great and the service is very friendly. Also wanted to say thank you 小翠 from the 酒店旅游部. While we were booking a trip here to go on a cruise in li Jiang, she was very helpful in explaining the details on like where the trip starts, what it entails, and also helped us assign a guide in there to manage the details of booking the mini attractions there. Highly recommend."

"Perfect room! Strategic location to several sight seeing destinations (elephant mountain, sun & moon towers, east-west street, Jing's palace), very clean (housekeepers are super helpful to replace any towel or bedsheet when requested during our stay), friendliest receptionists (provide us a lot of info about traveling in Guilin, given us some free hotel souvenirs such as tote bags, magnet decoration & monk fruit before our departure). Although the street opposite the hotel was in the state of government construction works, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. 100% would come back to this hotel if I were to visit Guilin again."
