If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. Perfect for those working on the move, this hotel caters to a large number of business guests.
"Although this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel."

"Atour hotel is in a walkable distance from Danyang railway station. I find the hotel very clean and the service was excellent. When I was sitting in reception, Atour employee offered me water without asking. Special mention about the Manager Mr Wang Dong who could speak English and helped me guiding on local transportation. When I called him in the evening for some clarification, he picked up the phone even though he is out of office and answered my questions. Great friendly staff. I liked the breakfast also"

這個價格，還包個早餐，麪條，包子，燒麥，粥，雖然説種類不多，實屬不易了，酒店的熱水也闊以的，夠熱，環境稍為差一點點，酒店經常有宴會，出入稍為堵點

I was so surprised how accommodating they are for foreigners. Usually smaller hotels like this in small cities across China have problems checking in people without a Chinese ID Card. I drive my car there, and the security guard even got in my car and showed me how to get to the small, free parking lot behind the hotel. Thank you !!!!

Lovely people, delicious breakfast, the rooms are nice and clean. The sound isolation is mediocre. The washing machine probably needs to be cleaned, as my clothes didn’t feel clean afterwards. And the Wi-Fi is nearly unusable in the rooms, the front lobby works fine though I depended on cellular data during my stay there because the room wifi was only usable at 3:00 in the morning.

Very suitable for families.
Breakfast is perfectly good.
Cleaners go out of their way to keep the room clean.
Staff very helpful.

Very nice hotel and the room is enough for me and son to spend night about 3 days for our visit to Danyang. So far this is satisfied us, and next visit maybe we're consider to stay here again. Oh yeah also the location is near shopping mall and others. 👍🫰😊

Centrally located, old style hotel needs a lot of renovation and lot of cleanliness
For a quick stay for business it's okay
However the staff is young and super helpful , 10/10 for the staff at restraunt , reception very prompt to try and help with any requirements

房間乾淨，也比較寬敞，設施智能化，工作人員服務態度也很好，早餐也蠻豐盛的，酒店位置不偏，到丹陽市中心開車不算很遠，離眼鏡城也不遠，停車場挺大的，比較方便，好評！

我是10月1日至5日住在貴店，6號上午離店。10月1日晚上入住時，被安排在九樓，設施、衞生、環境一般，特別是設施似乎還是十年前的沒動，感覺很不好。後來前台於4日下午將我們房間調至調至十三樓，設施有了非常明顯改善，舒適感大大增加。幫我們調換房間的前台服務員態度很好，非常熱心，遺憾的是忘了問她工號和名字了。如果貴店負責人能查到4日下午是哪位當班的，請代為轉達我們的謝意。
