Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Anshan

10/10 score for this lovely hotel located in a peaceful suburb of Anshan. It's less than 10km to Anshan city centre. The surroundings are pleasant to walk around. Thumbs up to the hotel staff. The hotel manager came to the railway station to meet us and sent us to the hotel for free. They helped us with our luggage and are so hospitable. The hotel front desk staff as well as the kitchen staff are so friendly, making us feel so at ease during our stay here. The staff also upgraded our room to a big and spacious family room. The breakfast served is also sumptuous and sufficient for guests. Their sister hotel is Raphael hotel near the railway station. I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Raphael hotel. 前台服務操作專業，能靈活處理解決賓客問題，能夠使用普通話和服務用語。餐廳服務員和樓層服務員，包括PA都能主動微笑問候，這點在鞍山的服務行業中很難得，值得稱讚！餐廳早餐出品與鉑爾曼不相上下，值得一提的是咖啡豆的油光度非常好，香氣持久。可能是因為春節，早餐客人很多，其他部門的員工都在餐廳忙碌支援，每個人都很努力，可嘉！ 提兩個意見僅供參考，第一，有客人穿浴袍在餐廳用早餐，但沒有服務員提醒勸阻，這對環境衞生和食品衞生都會造成潛在的安全隱患；第二，白天乘客梯下樓，半途又有滿載的布草車和搬運工人進入，和賓客同梯下樓。如果酒店因為構造或預算而不能單獨設定員工梯或者布草梯，那麼能不能在每日的客流活動相對不活躍的時段進行清運布草的工作，白天都是賓客用餐、入住、退房、進出等等活躍時段，而且遇到梯內有賓客時也沒有任何的避讓、迴避操作。以上這兩點都是關乎酒店品牌形象的維護和管理問題，顯得較為不專業。 華住會有二十年的歷史，而鞍山漫心酒店很年輕，充滿活力，由衷的希望酒店能夠保持並鞏固現有的閃光之處，愛惜羽毛，堅持對品牌樹立和維護的執着性，不斷提高完善。

Hotel is pretty new. Its clean, fresh, modern, elegant decor. I could not fault it. This is possibly the best hotel i have stayed at in the 6 months i have travelled within China. Cindy at the reception/manager also speaks english and was so helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

房間：整體上乾淨整潔，配備了很多純凈水，在乾燥的東北地區，非常適合。尤其冬季有暖氣的情況下。 衞生環境：整體都很不錯。 服務：機器人送東西，很便利。人工服務也很好。尤其是前台一位叫姜森的小夥子，服務非常周到，特別感謝。 美中不足：早餐餐桌不大，但陌生人四位拼桌，用餐體驗感不好，而且有些尷尬。 總體而言：性價比很不錯。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台接待熱情有禮貌，客房打掃及時，工作人員都很專業，房間窗户朝向衝著小區，安靜一點都不吵鬧，床鋪舒適用品貼心，零圧床墊跟乳膠枕完美消除假期旅途疲憊感，出門右手邊就是洗浴中心，再往前走5分鐘就有大型超市，非常方便，整體服務細緻用心，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

店內環境非常不錯，乾淨寬敞，小零食和飲料種類也很多，不錯哦全方位無死角的乾淨，性價比超級高，值得推薦已經來過好多次啦，個人覺得還是很划算的，提前買好券更值了兩個人這個價格真的很划算，還是得提前在網上做好功課，這樣到店直接消費，既方便又划算～門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！

Location is great yet the parking lot is complicated. Breakfast is okay with one staff serving everything on her own. Water supply at the hotel is okay too. We are staying at the non-smoking room but with lots of other hotel guests smoking at the corridors.

The hotel is good considering its price.  The room is ok. Service is good. Breakfast is good.  The only complaint I had was the smoking problems. I booked none-smoking room, but still smelled heavy smoke in my room.  It felt that the smoke came from other rooms or the hallway.

The location was perfect, close to the Qianshan Scenic area. The hotel itself was quite dated, and the furnishings were a bit shabby, but nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The 'hot springs' were really just the swimming pool, which was heated, a kids pool, and a small 'hotter' bathing pool. There does seem to be an outdoor bathing area, but this was empty in Early May - perhaps it would be open later in the year. The staff were friendly, but very non-plussed by a foreigner - they obviously don't get many. I was presented a wonton soup for breakfast at 7.45 AM, and got two swimming vouchers, although i suspect this was per room, so you may need to pay for extra swim vouchers.
