"入住前在各平台刷到一些差評讓我很忐忑，給家人做了很多鋪墊「可能民宿環境有點勉強，忍一忍！」辦入住時前台小姐姐的服務非常nice，有一絲安慰到，接着進房間之後就是非常意外，很乾凈温馨！我家孩子奶奶是出門要住四星以上酒店的潔癖人士，進門後跟我説了句很有哲理的話「不要看網上説什麼，一定要自己親身感受才是真實。」 ps：整個阿爾山供電有限，酒店沒有空調是可以理解的，房間裏給配了小米電加熱器，我們入住是帶隔斷家庭套房，我和孩子阿姨住裡間插電取暖很暖和，孩子爸爸和奶奶住外間沒插電暖氣，每人多要了床棉被，孩子奶奶説好像他們小時候冬天冷但是被窩裡暖暖的，睡了一個好覺。"

"民宿房間整潔乾淨，設施一應俱全，從民宿出去左手邊就可以看到美麗的山景，可以在鐵路網上拍個照片，美景加美食🍜，完~美的一天從這裏開始，斜對面有中國石油，交通便利，出行方便，如果晚上不想開車出去，可以讓老闆叫出租車，因為這個小城市叫車平台不那麼方便，老闆給找停車位，大廳簡潔，温馨，老闆娘服務很好，房間採光不錯☀️，附近美食去吃的推薦的羊蠍子，好吃又實惠，價格不貴，在這裏住了三天，體驗真的很好，下次再來。"

"來過阿爾山多次，住過不同酒店，認為聖彼得堡是阿爾山綜合性價比最高的酒店，雖然房間裝飾過於豪華並不實用，但總體舒適度高，停車方便，服務人員訓練有素，態度熱情，早餐豐富，味道和質量好。特別感謝餐廳服務員陳帥，名如其人，有求必應，就像鄰家小哥哥。大堂的免費小食很暖心，無論是否食用，都能感覺到酒店管理細節的用心。"

"白樺林賓館，名字聽着就很有故事，如同它的設計一樣，很多老闆的小巧思，老闆親切儒雅，會親自介紹房間的使用功能，並很用心維護它。 房間就是連結上描述的平方數，但是很好用，24寸行李箱攤開完全不影響走路，空間利用十分合理。 衞生很好，床品也舒服，感覺連一次性拖鞋的花邊都是特地挑選過的。 如果落腳後不知道吃什麼，那麼老闆優選的餐廳可以大膽放心試，是真的非常好！ 位置不用説了，離熱門景點火車站、聖泉廣場等都很近。"

"出行特別省心，挨着火車站和市政府周邊，到站來回特別方便。全屋地暖保暖到位，秋冬住着格外暖和，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設施用着順手。還有免費接站、自助洗衣健身配套，工作人員熱情貼心，細節照顧周到，來這邊落腳遊玩性價比超高，體驗特別好。"

"I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother.
