Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Las Condes

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

Käytin klubin erikoismajaa. On hyvä käyttää klubin lomahuonetta. Klubi lomahuoneessa nautimme laajassa tilassa herkullista ruokaa ja juomia.Kala, liharuoat, voileipä, leivänpaahtokaupat, makeiset ja salaatit ovat loistavia. Olin ollessani saanut klubin juoppoista kiskonosastolta erilaisia matka-ehdotuksia ja nautin kaupungin turisti- ja oluetehtaiden matkasta. Huone on puhdas ja mukava, tarpeeksi iso, jotta se rentoutui. Hotellin henkilöstö on hyvin ystävällinen. Haluan varmasti käyttää sitä uudelleen.

智利之行完美收官，如果你有機會來智利聖地亞哥，強烈推薦住在這家酒店：Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago，酒店樓下就是地鐵站。從機場搭乘TransVip的拼車服務到這個酒店衹要10000比索，出行非常方便。街對面還有換錢的地方，旁邊還有KFC，披薩店，24小時營業的餐飲店，酒店自家的餐廳La Fattoria也品質在線。最最關鍵的是，這個區域很安全，打開窗就能看到不遠處的雪山🏔️ 服務：酒店預訂説明裡辦理入住的時間是15:00，但我上午10店就到了，酒店前台的服務員態度很好，非常貼心地幫我辦理了提前入住。酒店一樓的自助早餐非常豐盛。

Nice hotel in Las Condes within walking distance of many restaurants/shops. Upmarket, safe area. Modern, decent sized room. Small rooftop pool for a quick dip. Good restaurant downstairs. Great rates on the weekend. Highly recommended!

可能因為參會，房間都滿了，所以價格有點高，3000多一晚，不過除了貴一些沒毛病，服務很好，設施也不錯，景色宜人。哦 對了，早餐不行啊，東西太少，連其他客人説的車釐子都沒看到，衹有非常有限的普通水果。

The reception staffs really need to be re-trained to be more friendly in their behaviour to foreigners. To me, they seems to be to ”aloof” to be in the hospitality business.

The hotel is good for my business and suitable for communications.

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.

Lamentablemente la calefacción solo tenía posibilidad de enfriar la habitación,tenía 38 grados cuando llegamos y se tardo aproximadamente unas 5 hrs en descender hasta 28 grados
