Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Zürich

After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Room was a little small but enough for us to rest in for a day. Had a good night sleep and location wise was good. Near to Zurich HB about 10 mins walk from station. We were carrying 2 large suitcases only had 1 challenging point where we needed to carry them up a flight of stairs on the way to the hotel from the train station.

Location is good, some 400 mtrs distance to bahnhof. Just past rive you will see the polybahn sign and campari hotel sign. Coops store is nearby except on sunday. Room is clean, size is ok. Bathroom had shower curtain to segregate toilet bowl and shower area, either way still wet. You can get utensils plates and kitchen towels from lobby area if you need to eat inside room. No kettle but hot water is available from lobby to fill up and thermos flask is provided there too. Coffee tea also there. You have return the utensils once done. Luggage storage is avaiable. Extension of check out time is available only if you book thru their own website. All ok and acceptable.

Great location not far from the station and walkable to the centre. Mack on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you whilst making genuine conversations and rapport. The rooms were perfect with clean shared toilets. Especially on the 3/4th floor where they have been renovated. The hotel bar was cheap and the breakfast looked good.

Great central location right above coop which has all of your necessary groceries. 15 minutes from the train station. Customer service are also very helpful aleays available

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

Amazing location only a very short walk from the train station. Breakfast continental buffet was lovely and the staff very friendly. No heating in the room but then we found a Dyson air blower in the cupboard which heated the room nicely. We also requested extra pillows which were sent to our room promptly. Lovely staff. A simple hotel at a great price.

Let’s start with the good things. The apartment was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. Well equipped with the kitchen and appliances. But unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. We were travelling as a family so we booked two studio apartments but the apartments were at two very different floors. The room was really really hot with no air conditioning. They did provide a fan which was not good at all. We requested for an extra fan but they didn’t provide that and because of heat we couldn’t sleep at all. They do have a parking but one needs to pay extra for the parking which is quite expensive. We paid 80 euros for 3 days but even then sometimes our parking spot was taken by the others. Even after paying this much amount, one is always under stress because of your spot is taken by someone else and you’ve parked somewhere else then there’s a possibility of getting your car towed away. We had to make multiple calls to the service office as they don’t have any service counter. One needs to make calls(not cost effective at all) or communicate through the email to get in touch with them which is very inconvenient. Also they didn’t offer cleaning services even once during our stay. Also they don’t have any house shoes in the apartment. So if you have any other option then please go for it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there especially in summer months.

Really good location, right by the tram that travels up from the station. 10mins max. Room a little on the small side but clean and with a fan for the heat. Hotel quiet and safe. Excellent, friendly and helpful reception staff. Good breakfast selection. Would stay again
