"Huone oli erittäin siisti, melko tilava ja valoisa. Hotellissa on myös yksinkertainen kuntosali ja maisemat olivat ihan hyvät. Läheisyydessä ei ole paljon ravintoloita, vaan kaikkiin on mentävä sillan yli Richmondiin. Hotellin alakerran ravintolassa on kuitenkin hyvää italialaista ruokaa. Jos kävely miellyttää, voi sillan yli suunnata Richmondin iltamarkkinoille tai muihin lähistön ravintoloihin. Joenrantaa pitkin kulkevaa polkua pitkin pääsee kävelemään outlet-keskukseen. Hotelli tarjoaa kuljetusbussin, joka lähtee hotellilta 20 ja 50 minuutin kuluttua tasatunnista ja liikennöi lentokentän ja hotellin välillä. Jos olet Vancouverissa kauttakulkumatkalla tai lyhyellä yhden-kahden päivän majoituksella, tämä hotelli on hyvä vaihtoehto."

"My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️"

"The walls were thin, and the planes were loud, but overall, it was a nice place to stay. There were many restaurants and it was close to the airport, which we wanted. The staff were also nice and we had no major problems."

"I have stayed here since 2012 with my flights into YVR and crossing the US border next day, both north and south. The shuttle is a godsend after a long flight, complimentary phone to hotel from airport, short drive to hotel, done deal. The reverse just as convenient. Having breakfast available from 5:30am wonderful as well. May be an alternative to sugary cereal but there’s bagels and waffles, yoghurt toast and jam. Coffee and tea. The rooms are clean. The hotel ready for an update biggest complaint - DITCH THE COFFEE BAG COFFEE MAKERSin the rooms. What drizzles out of them is disgusting. Great excitement this trip. Hotel fire alarm went off. Richmond’s finest turned up and it was declared a false alarm. Got to chat with other guest. Exciting start to the day. I’m still a fan."

"I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there"

"Moda Hotel is very convenient, it located near Granville Skytrain station or closest to Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station about 10-15 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk is helpful. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel, I’d recommend this hotel."

"We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment."

"Ei suositella. Sisäänkirjautumisen odotus oli liian pitkä, vastaanotto oli hidas ja palvelu oli ajattelematonta. Huone oli pieni. Lomakeskusmaksu oli voimassa, mutta lomakeskuksen päänähtävyys oli kasino. Ruoan toimituksesta huoneeseen veloitettiin 5 dollarin palvelumaksu ja 18 %:n tippi. "Hotel location is in the heart of shopping area. Famous landmarks are within few minutes - even Canada Place is just 15minutes walk straight. If you will come from Pacific Central Station - this is just less than USD10 taxi to reach the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Room is perfect for us - i like the wash room very spacious, towels are well arranged in rack, most importantly it has wooden floors where it's not too cold for the feet. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and room is very quiet. I highly recommend this place - eateries are within 5 mins walk (Mcdonalds, Kfc, Jollibee, Thai, Tacos, Pizza, bars, etc. Stay here is you want best shopping stores and can find anything here"
