Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Wien

Parannettavaa: 1.

"The location is good, and the staff are nice. Just a few minor things — there’s no safe box or fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi is free, but it has no password and the connection is a bit weak. Also, during my stay, the bathroom drain wasn’t cleaned properly and became clogged with hair. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Location of hotel was easy to find and very near the U-Bahn station. However, the station has no elevator/escalator, so you have to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple. There are multiple entry and exit points so do see which is nearer to your door; we mostly used the 2nd elevator nearer to the mall. Room is cosy and spacious; fits luggages very comfortably with space to spare. Toilet is clean and big but the water does come out of the shower doors quite abit. Room service is polite and timely; keeps room tidy. For heater/aircon, please ask the reception about the setting before heading up; it has a peculiar setup but works well after setting it up properly. Best part is the hotel has a trinkwasser fountain within 1 minute’s walk; so we have a free water refill every night and day."

"The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night."

"What a fantastic stay!  Location - the property is located about 15 mins walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof station, which is a direct RailJet service to the airport for 4.60 EUR. It also has several tram and bus lines running by stops even closer than that. Getting to central Vienna is easy via these options, and other sights like Schonbrunn Palace are relatively accessible, and comparable to other hotels located in the city centre.  Rooms - my room was conveniently located near the elevator on the sixth floor, and provided an excellent view over the Schweizergarten. The property is on the smaller, more boutique side, so the elevator is never going to be too far from the room. The lobby is also small which means you can literally go from walking in the door of the lobby to the door of your room in a minute; the same can’t be said for larger properties typical of the major brands. The room was surprisingly spacious, was cleaned every day (which I was very surprised about, a rarity in Europe these days!), the bed was comfortable and the temperature easily controlled. The only thing I would note is the water temperature control in the shower was overly sensitive, but once you get it set to preference it’s fine. Staff - the staff were excellent: friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were also excellent when I visited for dinner one evening.  Value - perhaps what I was most pleased with was the value. I paid less than half of what similar properties were charging for my dates, though granted I booked several months in advance. I’d highly recommend the Hotel Daniel if you’re booking a stay in Vienna!"

"Great location, very accessible by tram as it is right at your doorstep. Not too noisy as well unless u open the windows. Great service by the staff, they allowed us to put our luggage in the luggage storage even after checking out for the day and allowed early check in of around 9am. Sincerely appreciate the kind service. Free still/sparkling water and free coffee dispenser as well. Very value for money"

"Great experience, the room sanitary facilities are very new, the service at the front desk is also very good, and the most important thing is that it is very close to the railway station and the geographical location is great."

"Roomy hotel near the Belvedere in Vienna. Walkable to the city center for access to sights of the city. Close to a metro station to get to far flung destinations or to catch a train to all of Europe."
