Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Hotellilla on upea sijainti, aivan Wienin päärautatieaseman vastapäätä, vain viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Vastaanotto ja ruokailutila ovat tilavat, huoneet ovat siistit ja puhtaat, tilat ovat uudet, vuodevaatteet ovat mukavat ja hotellissa on jopa kapselikahvinkeitin – erittäin harkittuja yksityiskohtia. Myös aamiainen oli runsas ja herkullinen. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava kokemus, joka muutti täysin käsitykseni rautatieasemien lähellä olevista hotelleista; erinomaista vastinetta rahalle!

Huoneesta puuttui jääkaappi ja tuoli, muuten ok. Kylpyhuone Hyvä, sekä tuotteet laadukkaat ja riittävästi. Kokolattiamatosta miinusta. Aamiainen runsas mutta tuoreita vihanneksia niukanlaisesti. Odotin aamiaiselta vähän enemmän laatua. Pysäköinti kallis, eikä portti toiminut poislähtiessä.

Loved it here so much to the point i miss my days here. It’s clean, very fresh and fully furnished. Lots of storage space, great lighting and comfy bed, with a good communal area in the lobby. It’s basically a crossover between a hotel and a living studio. Not to mention it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants, and right next to it is the metro station for the U4 line which can take you to the city centre. I loved it and I’ll book again the next time im in vienna!

We have a international flight at 10am and they are so kind to allow us to have our breakfast before 630am. So grateful for the kitchen staff. The room is slightly smaller than the previous one we stay, but it's alright. Heater in the room is working fine. Location is spectacularly convenient right opposite the train station. Will definitely come back

The location is good, and the staff are nice. Just a few minor things — there’s no safe box or fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi is free, but it has no password and the connection is a bit weak. Also, during my stay, the bathroom drain wasn’t cleaned properly and became clogged with hair. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pretty nice! Pro: - The staff are really nice, they give so many information about restaurant or event on that day. (They even write the event name and time on the paper to let us know the information) , love the attitude - room is big - location is near to central station, and other public transport like tram, bus Cons: Location is a bit far away from the Vienna city centre, need to walk by 40 minutes to city centre (u can take public transport if u like)

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

Room was perfect, the location is a little bit away from the main city but with good public transport. Just 2 negatives during our visit: 1. There was no hot water available for a day due to some repair work. 2. The cleaner just barged into the room with her key even before the check-out time.
