Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Verona

"Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day."

"Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi Veronan keskustaan 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Hotellissa on ilmainen pysäköinti, ystävällinen ja avulias vastaanottohenkilökunta sekä yleisesti ottaen hyvin varustetut ja hyvin sisustetut huoneet. Olen yöpynyt täällä aiemmin työmatkalla, ja nautin myös ravintolasta, joka ei ole huono, mutta ei maailmanloppukaan... Huonesta ja tästä varauksesta voin sanoa: PLUSSAT Erittäin kätevä sisäänkirjautuminen verkossa, kätevä ovenavaus puhelimitse, siisti, tilava huone, jossa on televisio ja jääkaappi (kyllä, jääkaappi, ei minijääkaappi... todella iso!). MIINUKSET Jääkaappi täysin tyhjä (en puhu samppanjasta... mutta ainakin pieni vesipullo olisi tervetullut!). Ei ilmaisia kylpytuotteita kylpyhuoneessa, ei tohveleita, ei suihkumyssyjä, ei edes vanupuikkoja, ei yhtään mitään... Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä hotelli ottaen huomioon sijainnin ja hinta-laatusuhteen, varsinkin kun huoneet ovat alennuksessa tavallista halvemmalla hinnalla."

"We stayed at Novo Rossi Verona and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and not far from the city center. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff — they were always ready to assist and give great local tips. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. There’s parking nearby, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of price, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Verona!"

"We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room"

"Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage"

"No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!"

"This was a charming apartment hotel, 2 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area. Breakfast was also provided for a small fee. Kitchen facilities could also be provided at an extra fee, there wasn't even a kettle available."
