"Made my reservatio iin last minute, but thanks to Shireen who allow me to do early check in at 12PM. The hotel is pretty much new, beautifully decorated, you can see it from receptions desk. Has an indoor swimming pool that is located as a center of attention, I would say. I booked superior queen and the room is spacious. AC, hot water, hair dryer, kettle, are provided along with some sugar, tea, and instant coffee. I booked in Ramadhan and they provide suhoor which has quite much selections. The service is warm, and all smiles. The location is pretty much strategic in the heart of the city. The only minus I would say is the TV channels but you can enjoy Netflix though, so nevermind."

"Booked this hotel during TDS4 Jakarta and was very convenient!! The location is near JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) you can literally walk back to the hotel after the concert🥹 Breakfast was great! There were a lot of food choices, I liked the danish bread the most🥰"

"Location is wise. Just opposite of the Thamrin City Mall. Even my 75yo mum and 70yo auntie can walk straight to the mall. Also, walking distance to Grand Indonesia Mall. The breakfast is ok. With the price, everything is Ok except the bed. For me, the bed is not that comfortable. And the toilet, there’s a mould on the wall and shower. I believe if someone monitor how the cleaner clean and brush the toilet, the mould gone and looks better. Please provide a brush and sponge to clean it. Apart from that, the water pressure from the bidet at the toilet was very low. Please check and ensure the pressure is good. That’s all t"

"Pros: · Excellent Strategic Location: The location is a major plus if your plans are centered around North Jakarta. It's very convenient for concerts at Pantai Carnaval Ancol (20 minutes away) and is within a short driving distance to key attractions like the National Monument (Monas, 12 minutes) and the historic Fatahillah Square (25 minutes). · Spacious & Comfortable Room: The room itself is generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the large shower space in the bathroom was a welcome feature. · Friendly Staff & Good Breakfast: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, providing a great start to the day. Cons: · Noise Disruption: The most notable issue was the very loud and lengthy singing from a nearby mosque at night. While this is a normal part of local culture, it can be disruptive for light sleepers or those unfamiliar with the call to prayer. The advice to bring earplugs is essential. · Cigarette Smoke Infiltration: A significant nuisance was the smell of cigarette smoke entering our room through the ventilation system from neighboring rooms. This made the air feel stale and was unpleasant. · Dark Bathroom: The bathroom lighting was quite dim, making it difficult to use for tasks like grooming or applying makeup. · Unremarkable View: While the room had a window, the view was nothing special."

"The location of the hotel is good if you want to shop. It is near to the Thamrin City Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia. However the cleanliness of the rooms were average. They always forget to wash the tea cups & we need to keep asking for new towels when we come back to the room in the evening. Good breakfast buffet spread. We stayed there for 5 nights."

"Staying in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2025, room is clean and quiet. Location at central of PIK with a lot of eateries nearby walking distance. The only downside is the wash sink, the tap is in the wrong position with respect to the drain, after use all the dirt settle on the far side not able to go into the drain. Have to use cup of water to flush the dirt to the sink drain."
