Service: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service. Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing. Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable. Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice. Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it. 10 out of 10 would recommend

The room size is good compare the other 4star hotels. Has kitchen facilities. Facilities are new. Opened 2024. Has electrical car charging facility as well. Recommend this hotel.

The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more.

Nice hotel, with attentive and friendly staff, and fun games and activities in the lobby, with a decent pool as well. Surrounding town is very cute and worth taking a quick walk around. There is a paid shuttle to the airport or a taxi we’ll set you back 15 euros

Warm welcome by staff at the reception although I arrived late at night, nice vibe, clean room with two nicely folded fresh towels. It’s beyond my expectation. Great value for the price point, too.

Cleanliness- the hotel is super dated, straight out of the 80’s. Wood paneling everywhere & dirty old carpet doesn’t help with appearance of it being clean. Bath/ shower yellow stained & toilet was stained & mouldy when i arrived. Location - not far from CDG airport, which helped keep the Uber fares down as their ‘airport shuttle’ service is a joke. Few times to airport only in morning (no airport pick up) and then pick up from airport only in afternoon (no drop off from hotel). Short walk to a little village with local restaurants which was nicer than staying or giving the hotel any more money. Service - nothing to rave about. They couldnt care less about helping with the lack of shuttle (which is why i booked this hotel)… they just tell you to order a taxi. Amenities- finding the 80’s pool was a mission. Needed to use firestairs to access & again just old & dated. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall place is just tired

There are two Ibis Styles near the airport. I went to the wrong Ibis Styles and had to take a taxi to the correct Ibis Styles because the bus shuttle stopped. Overall the hotel itself was good for a one night stay.  The room is clean and they gave a good continental breakfast. It is a pity I was in a rush and did not enjoy the breakfast as much as I would have liked.  I took the shuttle back to the airport. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 and I had to take the airport train to Terminal 1. However it only took me about 30min to reach Terminal 1.

Varasin huoneen näyttelyyn, ja hinta on noussut 242% normaaliin aikaan, ymmärränkö tämän? Huone on kuitenkin pieni ja yhden ihmisen liikkuminen on vaikeaa, puhumattakaan siitä, kuinka vaikeaa on matkalaukun avaaminen! Ihmettelen kuinka ahdas tämä niin sanottu vakioparisänky tulee olemaan, jos siellä asuu kaksi ihmistä? ! Hinta 1900 yuania per päivä on todellakin vähän ”kustannustehokas”! Ennen matkaa otin yhteyttä Ctripin asiakaspalveluun lentokentän ja hotellin välisestä edestakaisesta bussista. Sain vastauksen: klo 5 alkaen bussi kulkee puolen tunnin välein, mutta Laskeuduttuani Pariisin CDG:hen, bussiliikenne on klo 9. Odotin ** shuttle -pisteessä yli tunnin - ranskaksi! Löysin lentokentältä kauniin tytön soittamaan apua, mutta puhelin soi vielä 12 minuuttia, eikä kukaan vastannut sain automaattisen vastauksen, eikä mitään apua! Lopulta bussikuljettaja toisesta hotellista näki, että olin odottanut niin kauan tuulessa ja sateessa, joten hän kysyi innokkaasti hotellin puhelinnumeroa, joku hotellista vastasi tällä kertaa puhelimeen ja oli kertoi: Nouto lentokentältä hotellille on saatavilla vain klo 17-21 joka päivä, ja bussi kulkee puolen tunnin välein! jumalattareni Ctripin ulkomailla toimiva asiantuntijapalvelu on todella hyvä. Ctripin asiakaspalvelu on todella pettymys! Se ei ole kaukana Charles de Gaullen lentokentältä (se maksaa 2,1 euroa 6 pysähdystä reitillä 27, noin 12 euroa Uberilla. Jos haluat saada seuraavan päivän lennolle, voit harkita yöpymistä tässä hotellissa, muuten en todellakaan). en suosittele! Hotellin aamiainen on tyypillistä leipää/juustoa/kinkkua, ilman kasviksia... Aamiainen ei ole muuttunut joka päivä viikon oleskelun jälkeen. Huoneen hygienia on melko hyvä, mutta kylpyhuone on myös erittäin ahdas. Erityistä huomiota kiinnitetään: Bussikuljetus hotellilta Charles de Gaullen lentokentälle (vain lentokentälle T2) kulkee joka päivä klo 5.00–9.00, puolen tunnin välein on 7 euroa; Bussikuljetus lentokentältä hotellille on saatavilla vain (sanotaan tämä tärkeä asia kolme kertaa) klo 17:00-21:00, puolen tunnin välein ja maksu on 7 euroa Muina aikoina saapuvat ystävät, ota taksi tai Uber hotellille on noin 12 euroa. Älä odota **-hotellin bussipysäkillä... Käänny vasemmalle poistuttuasi hotellista ja 850 metrin päässä on kattava Aeroville-ostoskeskus. Siellä on suhteellisen suuri Auchan-supermarket sekä useita ravintoloita - suosittelen lämpimästi yhtä kiinalaisista thaimaalaisista ravintoloista illallinen Campanile-hotellissa, se maistuu paremmalta. Hotellihuoneessa ei ole hammasharjoja, tossuja eikä edes kasvopyyhkeitä, vain 2 kpl päivässä... Huoneessa ei ole tallelokeroa tai silityslautaa... Kaiken kaikkiaan: 7 päivää elämää vihreällä planeetalla…
