Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Val-d'Oise

Stayed for 1 night due to early flight. Basic amenities in rooms. Rooms have kettle and hair dryer. No fridge. Hotel does not provide assistance with moving luggage to rooms. Guests can do so with baggage trolleys at lobby. Breakfast starts from 4:30 hrs. Dinner service available at hotel restaurant until 22:00 hrs. You can get chilled sandwich and microwavable meals as well for about EUR 10-15. Hotel is located near station where there is transport to CDG airport. About 10-15 min drive to Aeroville (nearest mall with restaurants)

There is no water in the room, room is nice and spacious just for a night’s stay before heading to city centre the next morning. Overall ok, by right there’s welcome drink but none was offered when we reached at 10+pm. Only upon asking the next morning they offered any other drinks.

The location is good, close to the airport with CDGVAL. The room is clean and much bigger than similar hotel near the airport. We ordered room service for dinner, it was quite good. Burger was excellent, pizza not so much. I wish there were a bit more things in the room (teethbrush, water bottles...). I am disappointed by the service to customers. I asked a body weight checker to check the luggage weight, but the hotel put a machine in the lobby for that, with a 2 EUR fees per luggage. It should be free for customers.

The room size is good compare the other 4star hotels. Has kitchen facilities. Facilities are new. Opened 2024. Has electrical car charging facility as well. Recommend this hotel.

The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is very near the airport. It's only about a 5 to 7 minute walk after you get off the shuttle train when we arrived. It was midnight but the staff at the front desk counter were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. We only stayed there for one night, but the room was very clean, pristine and comfortable. It was really exactly what we needed after such a long flight. We paid €20 per person for the breakfast and that was the best hotel breakfast we've had for our entire trip in France because the spread was very good and all of the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. 

Close to CDG airport and easy accessible via airport train. Breakfast was good in overall. It’s a good choice if you are staying over to catch flight in next morning.

Cleanliness- the hotel is super dated, straight out of the 80’s. Wood paneling everywhere & dirty old carpet doesn’t help with appearance of it being clean. Bath/ shower yellow stained & toilet was stained & mouldy when i arrived. Location - not far from CDG airport, which helped keep the Uber fares down as their ‘airport shuttle’ service is a joke. Few times to airport only in morning (no airport pick up) and then pick up from airport only in afternoon (no drop off from hotel). Short walk to a little village with local restaurants which was nicer than staying or giving the hotel any more money. Service - nothing to rave about. They couldnt care less about helping with the lack of shuttle (which is why i booked this hotel)… they just tell you to order a taxi. Amenities- finding the 80’s pool was a mission. Needed to use firestairs to access & again just old & dated. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall place is just tired

В принципе неплохо, особенно для тех кто прилетает в аэропорт, но рядом практически ничего нет и общественный транспорт мы не нашли, приходилось на такси ездить

The reason we picked this hotel was for the proximity to the airport (to have a restful night before our next day travels) and for the shuttle service. Arriving the day before at the desk, we get a guy who has no clue about welcoming guests with his cold and distant attitude. We asked about the shuttle, he told us it runs every 30 min starting at 6:30 am and it’s 7 Euros a person. A couple of hours later, the fire alarm goes off and no one has a clue what was the reason behind that. We go down to the lobby with a couple of people at the same level and there was no one at the desk to explain it. Someone in the lobby throws: “it’s a fire drill”! 😣 The next day (travelling day) we go down and ask at the desk: when is the next shuttle to the airport, so we can wait for it, the front desk employee says to wait in the lobby and the shuttle should be there shortly. Meanwhile, we see people getting on a bus outside and ask about it at the front desk and the same guy says that it wasn’t the one and the driver would come get us when he arrives. Little did we know that he had called for a special car ride (probably an associate of him) that took us to the airport with an unexpected 25 Euro charge!! Not at all what we had planned for a restful and worry/frustration free stay!!!
