"Best hotel we stayed since our Taiwan trip. Was upgraded to a huge room and it exceeded our expectation. Every things was explained to us patiently during our check in. It was all within walking distance to 2nd market, Miyahara and night market. Will definitely stay again in Taichung if we ever return."

"Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier. But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm. Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in. On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean."

"房間乾淨無異味，衣櫥空間大、但只提供2個衣架， 窗簾跟裝潢細節很棒！插頭座夠用。沒提供礦泉水但有提供馬克杯；有免費洗衣機跟烘乾機，很方便。 浴室有三溫暖，但風口對馬桶處⋯浴室木頭地板要更換，仔細看有發霉。 早餐區要走到1樓旁的餐廳，因無明確標示，在詢問2遍，女工作人員才回應，還要我行李別帶到位置，當下超問號？小行李箱要隨身帶不行？也沒指引放哪！下一位客人用餐，行李箱是我的2倍，直接就入座用餐，完全沒別要求行李箱的事，超雙重標準，服務態度很不耐煩，用餐位置太少，窗框位置有果蠅屍體和灰塵，有放植栽但有枯葉。 餐廳跟住宿2邊使用有落差，跟工作人員有關吧？"

"Had the basics. Clean comfortable, but the furniture needs to be updated. Also, the Hotel feels like it's stuck in the 1970's. Don't get me wrong. The staff is great, and the price is competitive for what is offered but....somebody with deep pockets needs to decide to refurbish the place with 2025 feel and amenities. What, no microwave? 2 hangers on pegs on a wall? I feel like the staff is really doing their awesome best to maintain the place on afix budget but.......the place could be so much more with just the littlest upgrades. Even new base trimmings on the wall would get the word around. Lastly, that giant Ful Won Hotel sign has got to be cleaned, if not replaced, at minimum. Look, I like the place. That's why I have to point this out so the owner(s) can decide on what vision they want, besides, serve a clean bed and a hot shower. Like I have written, it serves its purpose but, I see greatness if the years of grime just get removed. Not asking for a remodel, but a refurbish is over due."

"Hotel was nicely designed. Location wasn't too bad too, near the bus station we wanted to take to Sun Moon Lake. The footprint of the room is quite small, and had a bit of smell which we think came from the shower curtain. Service was good - staff at the front counter were really helpful and accommodating."

"Nice hotel in Taichung at a nice price. Not a far walk from the Night Market and good restaurants. I found it very affordable compared to Accommodation in Taipei. The room was nice and clean and the facilities were sufficient, self service washer and dryer on the ground floor was good and the gym was sufficient for a basic Dumbbell workout."
