"The hotel was really good. Their service was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. The owner also offered to drive us to the Skyland cable car station which was really nice of them. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hot-spring was good and prepared well. Overall we had a really great stay."

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights over a national holiday and had an overall positive experience. The location was excellent—close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city center, and the bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. I used the gym daily, but it could have been better maintained—it often felt untidy and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The breakfast improved each day but was clearly geared more toward local tastes than international ones. Despite a few minor issues, the overall service at the hotel was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the city."

"As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!"

"OK, so where can I start? First I felt a bit not excited as the swimming pool and the seafood buffet was not available during the time I was there. The hot springs changing area is a bit small. But to be honest the service attidue of everyone working there made really worth 10/10. My feedback was taken seriously and I can see in the very next day changes are happening at the breakfast dish names. Although I had some personal bad experience with few things, but eventually I am happy and will definitely go there again. Finn and Tian Tian were very professional, room is very clean and nice. Everything I asked for I got it"

Mặc dù chủ ở đây không quá giỏi giao tiếp tiếng Anh nhưng cực kỳ thân thiện và giúp đỡ chúng tôi rất nhiều trong việc tìm nơi thuê đồ trượt tuyết, hướng dẫn cách di chuyển. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared.
