"I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."

"We chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the standard room, which looked quite like a junior suite. Everything was functioning and clean. Bed was king-size and comfortable. Every staff member was kind, efficient, and courteous. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and friendly. The restaurant was able to accommodate food allergies, and I had a good meal. It's the perfect hotel to stay at when transiting through Miami airport."

"For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay."

"The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌"

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."
