My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

This is such a beautiful little complex. Set about 500m away from the main road, it's wonderfully quiet. The villas are well maintained and modern, the pool is spotlessly clean and most importantly the pictures online truly reflect where you are going to stay. There is a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, 5 mins max. Land of Legends is a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk away. Kadriye town centre is a couple of minutes away. Belek centre is 8 mins away by car. It's all very convenient. Even the cats that come to visit are beautifully looked after. Highly recommend staying here. Staff are great!

Prachtig resort met lekker eten en ruim assortiment! Qua activiteiten is het minimaal, vooral een plek om uit te rusten in de zon of te zwemmen. Er is niet veel te doen in de omgeving (of eigenlijk niks). Wel leuk dat je (gratis!) gebruik kan maken van Sherwood Dream Resort, vooral de water slides.

I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.

Erittäin mukava kompleksi aivan rannalla. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää, jokaiselle jotakin... kaiken kaikkiaan olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä kaikkeen ja tulisimme varmasti takaisin

Удобный номер, в котором есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отель расположен далеко от ресторанов и достопримечательностей, для передвижения всегда необходимо такси

Встретили отлично, на ресепшене русскоговорящий Сергей всё подсказал, объяснил. Номер малюсенький из за того, что кроме двухспальной кровати стоит ещё односпальная. Не работали ни телевизор, ни холодильник. Чайник был и кофе и чай и сахар пополняли. Убирались хорошо, видно было по балкону и санузлу. В комнате засаленный ковролин и тапочек и халатов не предусмотрено. Сейф 3 евро день, мы не брали. Полотенце 1 евро день в прокат, тоже не брали. Так как было начало мая шведский стол отсутствовал. Но голодными ни разу не ушли. Что давали, то и ешь. Не удобно и многое просто выкидывалось, потому что мы это не ели. Чай и кофейный автомат и сильно разбавленный лимонад в свободном доступе с утра и до 22:00. Также с 17 до 18 перекус- печеньки. Море недалеко в пяти минутах, спокойное без волн, купались. Бассейн на территории с горкой очень маленький и холодный. В общем за такие деньги не плохая турбаза на море. Туристов было мало. Но это деревня, чтобы развлечься надо куда то ехать, рядом остановка автобуса. Ездили в Белек и парк Легенд, очень понравилось.
