Приятный отель, новый ) ребята стараются. Но все же больше 2 ночей надоедает) будьте готовы , что большой номер с отдельной гостиной на нижних этажах имеет вид в стену🤣, фото прилагаю )))) естественно предприимчивые ребята сначала нас попытались заселить в худший номер, чем немного испортили впечатление вначале, но , отдохнув на ужине ( кстати очень вкусно все было) и покатавшись, мы отошли. В другом номере нас ждал сюрприз - не работал в спальне кондиционер, муж спал в гостиной … Его чинили сутки🤦🏻♀️ вместо катания на горках я сидела с мастерами в номере, по пять раз объясняя, что надо сделать … когда притащили вентилятор , я честно, очень смеялась , номер за приличные деньги просто , не дешевый ) но, если вы на позитиве- вам ничто отдых не омрачит💪. Сняла за вид в стену звезду и за бессонную ночь в жаре, и за следующий потерянный в ремонте их кондея день)))

Koko kompleksi on erittäin hyvin hoidettu, huoneet ovat siistejä ja mukavia, ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta kaikkialla ja aina. Haluamme erityisesti korostaa monipuolista ja laadukasta ruokaa – tarjolla on todellakin jokaiseen makuun jotakin. Pidimme myös todella paljon allasalueesta ja suorasta pääsystä rannalle. Kaiken kaikkiaan meillä oli mukava ja rentouttava aika, ja tulisimme ehdottomasti takaisin!

Siisteys, tilat ja henkilökunta ovat erinomaisia. Koska hotelli on laajalla alueella, siellä on harvoin tungosta. Aurinkotuoleja tai ruokaa ei tarvitse löytää. Ruokavalikoima on erinomainen. Leivonnaiset, jälkiruoat, kylmät ruoat ja oliiviöljypohjaiset alkupalat ovat kaikki fantastisia. Aktiviteetit ja viihde ovat upeita. Sinun kannattaa valita tämä hotelli upeaa lomaa varten.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. However, during peak dining hours, the restaurant could become quite crowded and a bit chaotic. While the food options were good, there’s room for improvement in terms of variety over a longer stay. I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.

Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Erittäin mukava kompleksi aivan rannalla. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää, jokaiselle jotakin... kaiken kaikkiaan olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä kaikkeen ja tulisimme varmasti takaisin
