"The resort is with a serene environment, located near the town centre and a short distance from the night market and the Satun Central Mosque. The receptionist and staff were very courteous. When we arrived, the room was full of ants, and the housekeeping staff sprayed the room with insecticide and cleaned the room immediately."

"Can’t tell you enough how we adore this hotel, come with a group of friends and they are already recommending it for a repeat list for future honeymoon trip. The hospitality is top notch, breakfast buffet is great and even the cheapest room has free snack bar and amazing view of the swimming pool. The only downside is that we come during monsoon season so we couldn’t enjoy the pool 😭
Everything else is a 5 star review for me!!"

"We enjoyed our stay in The Green Hotel Koh Lipe. The room was spacious, but a little dated. The room was clean but had some mosquitos and flys as the bathroom wasn’t fully sealed from the hallways and the light drew them in. Located about 10 minutes away from all beaches. Staff were friendly but not always present. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room but were offered an upgraded room while they fixed it which we really appreciated."

"Castaway is by far the best resort on Koh Lipe. It's quiet and tucked away from the busy walking street. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to unwind and read a book and just check-out from busy life. A shout out to the Joy and Saul at the dive shop. Most resorts advertise having a dive shop but in reality what they have is an arrangement with a local dive center who pick you up and drop you off. Castaway's dive shop is in the resort and very friendly and professional. If you are a diver go talk to Joy, she's an amazing teacher."

We had an awesome time at Lipe Beach Resort! Since we went during the low season, it was super peaceful and just what we needed. The view from our room was stunning, and our cozy bungalow was right on the white sand beach 🏝️ — paradise! 🌊
Breakfast was a la carte with some good options to choose from. The bed was comfy, there was hot water, and they even upgraded us to an AC room, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and made us feel right at home.
Getting around was easy with taxi boats right at the resort — perfect for exploring the island and snorkeling. Oh, and the furry friends around the resort were adorable — always ready to say hello and get a belly scratch! 🐱 🐶
All in all, I’d definitely recommend Koh Lipe Beach Resort if you’re looking for a chill, beautiful spot to relax. ☀️"

"A bit disappointed of the condition of our roo for the price we paid. The roof of the toilet is leaking as it rains. The wooden boards of the floor in the bedroom is also leaking water when you step on it. The bedsheets and the towel have stains on it...
Called reception a couple times but no-one answered, their app is also useless. In the end had to flag down a staff which came to help us out. She couldn't fix it and tried calling the reception too but no avail. It took 2hours for the reception to reply your message in the app.
The only silver lining is the view of the resort."

"Although I give the resort good marks overall I still have somewhat mixed feelings. For two days of the trip we stayed in a superior bungalow which is obviously the oldest part of the resort accommodations. They are really very small and there is very little room for bags and clothes and the bathroom is very small. Also our room was back to back attached to another bungalow and there was very little sound proofing between the rooms.
After two nights we upgraded to the newest part of the resort near the pool....and yes...it cost a bit more. But the rooms overlooking the pool are much more spacious and have adequate closet space and bathroom . They gave us a discount on the upgrade and it was well worth it.
The breakfast was adequate but not extensive.
The staff was very helpful.
It's in a good location on the beach near the ferry port....which was handy."

"Lovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! I will post her picture here she was really great!"

VVieraskäyttäjäFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!!
Pros:
- Stunning location
- Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic!
- Great breakfast selection
- Food available all day
- Clean
- Staff helpful and friendly
- Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free
- Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing
- Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!)
- Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas
Cons:
- One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists
- No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in)
- No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away)
- Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs)
We would most certainly stay here again!

TTotsy.daisyWe absolutely loved our stay at Serendipity! Our room, located right at the very top, came with a private pool and offered ultimate privacy — truly a peaceful escape. The beach is tucked away at the far end of Sunrise Beach, making it wonderfully secluded from the crowds and the long-tail boats.
The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious! We especially loved that breakfast could either be enjoyed at the restaurant or served right to our room for a more relaxing morning.
The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Plus, the resort provides free snorkel gear and kayaks for guests who want to explore the beautiful waters nearby.
All in all, it was a superb stay — excellent service, top-notch views, and pure serenity. We loved it to bits and would come back in a heartbeat! 🌴✨

AAnonyymi käyttäjäVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

VVieraskäyttäjäLove, love, love the view here! Absolutely stunning and peaceful, t’s the perfect place to just relax and do absolutely nothing. The whole hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent — great variety and everything tasted fresh.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay… except for one unexpected guest on my last night mr cockroach that seemed way too confident around humans! It definitely caught me off guard, but aside from that little surprise, everything else was great.

I especially loved having breakfast with a stunning blue sea view—a beautiful way to start the day. The entire landscape around the resort is beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the immigration area, which is convenient for travelers.
Overall, Bundhaya Villa is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort.

IImcutiepieThe staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules.
Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .
Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.

Pros
- Lots of beach chairs
- Quite beach (away from the noisy boats and safer to swim)
- Provide beach towels
- Massage hut by the beach (run separately by a different operator)
- 5mins walk to walking street
- Provide snorkelling gear for rental
- Breakfast was ok. Restaurant food was good.
- Friendly staff
- Awesome mini fridge (super cold)
Cons
- Restaurant closes at 7pm
- WiFi is not stable at all
- The hotel sewerage system is not so good hence there’s a smell (bare-able) from the bathroom. Both our rooms were like that. Just mask it with the air refresherner they provided.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!

Завтраки хорошие. Номер так себе, в полу щели, старый, розетки не работают, искрят, вместо 2 кроватей двуспальная и односпальная, дали 3 кровати одной единой лежанкой. Немного странно так спать. Стола в номере небыло. Зато была прекрасная кошечка с котятами. Пожалуйста, покормите котиков как будете в этом отеле и налейте свежей воды🫶
