For example, I attach 2 photos (2 were taken at 7 am - all the sunbeds were already occupied and there was no one there). During the 10 days I was there, I was never able to spend time with them. As for me, this is an indicator of disgusting service from the hotel and this must definitely be corrected in the future"

"We had an overall great stay. The rooms called villas are big with a massive bed area and a living area apart and together with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea is a fantastic option mid range price. It has a decent pool and a direct access to a private beach where if the sea is good you can see lots of corals colourful fishes and even turtles. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel also provides free shuttle to the pier and other areas of the island."

"We paid for an upgrade from a Sea Balcony Room to an Ocean Balcony Room, but the view of the beach was very poor. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the upgrade. The hotel offers several activities like kayaking. They help you rent a scooter since the hotel is located far from town. There is a transfer service to the city center three times a day. The beach is one of the best in Koh Tao."

Areas for improvement: The road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the entrance can be a bit dark at night. Improving the lighting and signage could help make guests feel more comfortable. The shower is not separated from the main bathroom and everything is always in the water. The light in the room is disgusting and dark. The air conditioning system is terribly noisy and old and the air is too damp and cold. The main building is next to the pool and during work hours there is a loud sound that can be heard in the room. The higher the room is located, the more beautiful the view is.
