Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vastaanoton henkilökunnan asenne oli niin ja niin. Myöhemmin eräänä iltana huomasin, että hotelli ei salli tuoda hotelliin syötävää, ei edes tavallisia hedelmiä, mutta sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä ei ollut mitään erityistä muistutusta. Mutta haluan kiittää erityisesti ravintolan palveluhenkilökuntaa. Heillä on hyvä asenne ja aamiainen on erittäin runsas! Majoitimme merinäköalahuoneessa, näkymä oli todella mukava, huone oli puhdas, kylpyammeella ja suihkulla. Hotelli on hyvin lähellä rapuveneen telakointipaikkaa, mikä on erittäin kätevää ihmisille, jotka haluavat osallistua delfiinien takaa-ajoon ja muihin aktiviteetteihin aikaisin aamulla.

Meidän huone oli altaalla ja huoneesta pääsi altaalle. Hotelli on ihan perussiisti ja lähellä keskustas ja rantaan mennään kävelemällä muutama sata metriä. Parkkipaikkoja on hyvin autoille. Aamupala on aika huono ja se on tämän hotellin akileen kantapää. Hotelli on osa näitä 3 hotellin ryhmää mutta oikein mikään ei toimi yhdessä vaan kävely rantaankin pitää tehdä kiertämällä. Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

Best location hotel with direct access to the beach, so that you can enjoy both the amazing hotel pool facilities and the closeby beach. Also great food at the beach front restaurant. Overall facilities are clean and good quality with kind staff always willing to help!

Tämä on paras hotelli, joka meillä oli Filippiineillä. Tämän tason hotellit Palawanissa maksavat 7-8 tuhatta per yö, ja tämä on 2,5 - 3. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room had modern tropical interiors, strong A/C, and a cozy with view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens are clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was lovely except for the aircon which is connected to the sliding door that whenever you open the door, the aircon will automatically turn off haha but the food was great! Location wise, very near to Panglao airport and one tricycle ride from the city centre. Staffs were helpful and accommodating.

Henkilökunta on erittäin reagoivaa, kaikki puhuvat englantia ja auttavat sinua kaikissa kysymyksissä. A la carte aamiainen, pääasiassa riisiä, munia, makkaraa ja paahtoleipää, herkullista suodatinkahvia, miellyttävä aamiaisterassi, klo 7.00-10.00. Pyysimme lautasia ja hedelmäveitsiä huoneeseemme, ja he tarjosivat kaiken ilman ongelmia. Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
