"Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Pisa. Schönes, altes Gebäude sehr zentral gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt und Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. CheckIn und CheckOut ohne Personalkontakt - völlig Problemlos. Kurzer Kontakt zum Personal im laufe der Zeit sehr freundlich! Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick direkt auf den Arno. Alles sehr sauber! Kleine Kaffee- und TeeStation im Flur zur freien Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt während meines Trips nach Pisa!"

"Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices."

"The place is squeaky clean. Thoughtful and friendly owner who provided us with loads of information when we arrived. The shared bathroom is huge, bright and spotless. Hair dryer, mouth wash, tooth paste, cotton ear buds etc you name it are all provided. However the shower cubicle is quite small. Conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance between the airport and railway station. City centre is about half an hour walk away. The room is air-conditioned. All in all a very nice place. I would recommend it."

"A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!"

"Questo hotel è veramente molto bello e curato. Il servizio è attento a ogni minima richiesta: qualunque cosa ti serva, lo staff è sempre disponibile ad aiutarti con gentilezza e professionalità. Ho soggiornato come viaggiatore singolo e ho scelto una camera singola standard, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalle dimensioni, decisamente più ampie rispetto alle classiche singole. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. L’ubicazione è semplicemente fantastica: uscendo dal portone principale ci si trova subito in Piazza dei Miracoli, con la Torre di Pisa e il Duomo proprio di fronte. La stazione dei treni dista circa 23 minuti a piedi; considerando che viaggiavo con una valigia da 10 kg, il passo era un po’ rallentato, ma il percorso è piacevole e permette di ammirare il bellissimo paesaggio nei dintorni dell’hotel. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano moltissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi di souvenir, rendendo la zona vivace e comodissima. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura."
