"Despite the room and the hotel itself looks old, the location is very great and it only takes you 3 minutes to get to the central station for airport transfer. The best thing here is the breakfast. There is a wide variety of food you can pick, and they all taste great, especially the dessert. Very impressive. Grazie mille."

"A very enjoyable stay! The breakfasts were delicious – both classic European options, as well as fresh fruit and local pastries (the cakes were a big plus). The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every step. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from the train stop with connections to Lucca. We took the photos during our stay, so please excuse a bit of a mess – in reality, everything looks great."

"Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own."

"Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices."

"This is the first hotel ever that have read my message (my message to hotel when booking), and act on it accordingly. So, it gave me a good impression of the hotel. And the parking is just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The overall is very good."

"Positiiviset puolet: Kätevä, koska ei kaukana lentokentältä (noin 25 minuutin kävelymatka), sama matka Pisan kaltevaan torniin. Alueella on melko paljon kauppoja, ravintoloita ja välipaloja. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Negatiiviset puolet: Kun saavuimme illalla noin klo 19.30, ovi oli kiinni ja soittokellon soittamisen jälkeen noin kymmenen kertaa kukaan ei avannut ovea meille. Ei ketään sisällä. Soitimme lopulta ovessa olevaan numeroon saadaksemme sisäänpääsykoodin ja huoneen numeron, jossa avain odotti meitä. Sinunhan se piti tietää! Aamiainen ei kovin monipuolinen. Mutta ennen kaikkea huoneessani ei ole ilmastointia, vaan oikea uuni. Hyvä yhdeksi yöksi saapuessa tai lähtiessä..."
