"The room was fine but it definitely needs some fixing. The mirror wasn’t lined up properly and the shower door didn’t close right. It looks fancy at first but the materials actually feel quite cheap. The worst part was the bathroom light. It’s on a timer with no proper switch. If you stay in there more than two minutes it turns itself off. The light went off while I was showering and I almost slipped so many times. Super unsafe and really annoying. Breakfast was pretty bland. Not much choice and the bacon was overcooked. I only had some pancakes. It’s absolutely not worth 18 euros and not even that good. The only real positive is the location. It’s close to the central station which is really convenient."

"Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible. I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service."

"The hotel is situated next to the railway station, offering a tranquil setting amidst the bustling city centre. Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you."

"Sijainti: 5 minuutin kävelymatka metroasemalle, 3 pysäkkiä katedraalille ja 30 minuutin kävelymatka katedraalille. Lähistöllä on monia ravintoloita, ja ne kaikki näyttävät melko hyviltä vilske. Palasin hotellille klo 11 keskiyöllä viikonloppuna ja tarkistin silmämääräisesti alueen turvallisuuden matkan varrella. Hotellin sisäänkäynnillä ei ole vartijaa. Palvelu: Palvelun yksityiskohdat ovat paikoillaan, mutta huoneen sisustus ja rakenne eivät kestä tarkastelua. Onhan se hotelli tällä hinnalla, mutta se ei vaikuta asumiseen. Kaiken kaikkiaan se on hyvä 500-600 yuanin hinta sesongin ulkopuolella on kustannustehokas, ja se on ainutlaatuisempi kuin samanhintaiset hotelliketjut. Pidän julkisista alueista, ravintolasta ja aulasta. Ne ovat pieniä, mutta kauniita, lämpimiä, rentoja ja stressittömiä. Hotellin 12 euron aamiainen on hyvää vastinetta rahalle, ja täysjyvähunajacroissant on herkullista! En pidä leivästä, joten söin kolme peräkkäin!"

"The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well"

"Hotelli sijaitsee vastapäätä Milanon päärautatieasemaa. Sieltä on erittäin kätevä matkustaa junalla tai syödä läheisessä kiinalaisessa ravintolassa. Hotellin sisäänkäynti on hieman pieni, joten se kannattaa löytää heti saapuessaan. Vastaanoton henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Huone on keskikokoinen eikä siinä ole tungosta kahdelle hengelle. Mutta! Huoneen valaistus on liian hämärä. Suihkussa ei ole ovea, vain suihkuverho, mikä ei ole kovin kätevää."

"Tämä hotelli oli täydellinen! Ovation-hotelli sijaitsee aivan rautatieaseman ja metron vieressä, mikä teki Milanossa liikkumisesta melko helppoa. Hotellin löytäminen ei ollut myöskään vaikeaa. Huone oli siisti ja normaalin kokoinen, ja siinä oli kunnollinen queen size -vuode. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja piti meidät viileänä. Minijääkaappi oli myös mukava lisä. Huoneen sisustus oli moderni. Suihku toimi hyvin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Vastaanotto jopa täytti pyyntöni saada vedenkeitin huoneeseeni. Siivoushenkilökunta oli myös ystävällistä. Epäröin hieman ostaa aamiaisbuffetia hintaan 18 euroa per henkilö, mutta kokeilimme sitä vierailumme ensimmäisenä päivänä ja olimme melko vaikuttuneita. Aamiaisbuffet oli herkullinen ja siinä oli paljon vaihtoehtoja, mukaan lukien kunnolla kypsennetty pekoni! Ostimme ylimääräisen päivän aamiaisbuffetista, koska nautimme siitä niin paljon. Kaiken kaikkiaan upea hotelli hintaansa nähden. Loistava vastine rahalle."
