We honestly wanted to gatekeep this place… but it’s too special not to share. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The supermarket and metro are just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. We will definitely be coming back again.

I usually stay at the Florence Calimala, the one in Milan is bigger and the rooms are slightly different, still very nice. Gym and terrace are great and the staff is friendly. The minibar is free of charge and there is a nice bar on the 5th floor. Perfectly located in porta Venezia.

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nice hotel at good location near the busiest city area and easy to access all popular attractions. Breakfast is good and environment is nice . Room is clean and good for travelling alone

優點：房間升級到了premium，酒店和房間都很香，minibar和冰箱裏的都是免費的，一個pad可以控制整個房間，早飯內容豐富有冷的也有熱的，服務很熱情還會記得客人名字來打招呼，最喜歡的是room service的club sandwich超乎預期的好吃！ 缺點：沒有HBO，房間牆上的開關太亮了晚上非常影響睡覺，淋浴房門口沒有鈎子不方便放毛巾。

Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla, 3 minuutin päässä rautatieasemalta, ja lähellä on ravintoloita ja pikkukauppoja, mikä tekee liikkumisesta erittäin kätevää. Hotelli on modernisti sisustettu, ja siellä on runsaasti lämmintä vettä ja kohtelias vastaanottopalvelu. Aamiaisbuffet-kuponkien ostamisesta edellisenä päivänä saa alennuksen, ja ruoan valikoima on riittävä. Huoneen ulkopuolella on pieni terassi vaatteiden kuivaamista varten. Huoneen valokatkaisijaa on hieman vaikea säätää, mutta se on ihan ok. Kaiken kaikkiaan se on melko hyvä, valitsen sen ensi kerralla.

20 hengen ryhmällämme oli aivan fantastinen oleskelu Demo Hotel Milanissa 19.–20. kesäkuuta! Saapumisestamme lähtien olimme uskomattoman vaikuttuneita tarjotun palvelun tasosta ja mukavuudesta. Erityismaininta kuuluu rouva Gwenille, joka todellakin ylitti odotukset. Hänen ammattitaitonsa ja aito avulias luonteensa tekivät valtavan eron suurelle ryhmällemme. Mikään pyyntö ei ollut liikaa vaivaa, ja hän oli aina valmiina auttamaan jokaista vierasta lämpimällä hymyllä. On harvinaista löytää näin johdonmukaista ja huomaavaista tukea, ja rouva Gwen on todellinen voimavara tiimillenne. Hotelli itsessään oli moitteeton ja tarjosi mukavat majoitustilat, jotka sopivat täydellisesti tarpeisiimme. Omistaja, herra Demo, on myös hyvä taiteilija, ja voit nähdä suurimman osan hänen obra-töistään hänen hotellissaan. The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well

Great service, they deserve one more start at least. The receptionist guy was very friendly and kind and even helped me with my luggage. The bedroom was a good size, quite modern actually. They had coffee and some biscoff cookies for us. It’s in a central area, very close to the centrale station! Overall, a good stay! Wish I took better photos!
