L’appartement était extrêmement beau et élégant, avec un rapport qualité-prix vraiment optimal. L’accueil des jeunes femmes à la réception a été parfait, chaleureux et professionnel. Nous reviendrons certainement pour nos prochaines visites à Lyon !

The Intercontinental Lyon - Hotel Dieu is a remarkable hotel that has been transformed from a historical hospital, adding a unique charm to its ambiance. Despite its origins, the rooms have a modern design and do not bear any resemblance to a hospital setting. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are super comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed, contributing to the overall luxury of the hotel. The views from the rooms, facing the river, are breathtaking. The breakfast served in the garden is a must-try, providing a delightful start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's central location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I stayed for 3 nights and was a very comfortable throughout. Room size is small but bed is big and linen new and clean. Coffee and tea corner is well stocked. Perhaps 2 water bottles can be provided rather than one. The breakfast spread was great and food very tasty. Staff is amazing, spoke fluent English and always greeted with smile. Will certainly recommend

位置還可以，在perrache的交通樞紐旁邊。從下地鐵到走進酒店大概五分鐘。如果有大行李拉着也還好，地鐵站里路走的不多。 酒店本身，如其它人所説，啥也沒有。但省下來的成本變成較優惠的房價，也是可以的。 酒店本身沒有Resteraunt，但出門隔壁就是一個餐廳。 他旁邊就是那個greet酒店，競爭對手 里昂本身也不大，類似國內三線城市的感覺吧，所以住這裏還是感覺很方便的 早餐還行的

Very clean, really close to Perrache station for flixbus and metro, also with groceries store nearby. But no lift be aware if you have heavy luggage.

Nous sommes arrivées à 10h pour déposer nos bagages et profiter de Lyon avant le check-in prévu à 15h. L’hôtel, très beau et facilement accessible depuis le centre-ville en transports, propose des boissons à disposition dans le hall — un bon point. Cependant, à notre retour à 15h, les verres que nous avions utilisés le matin étaient toujours là, ce qui dénote un certain manque d’attention au service et à la propreté. Autre point surprenant : les toilettes accessibles dans le hall n’étaient pas approvisionnées en serviettes à 10h, et cela n’avait toujours pas été corrigé à 15h. Lors du check-in, notre chambre n’était pas encore prête. L’attente a été compensée par une boisson offerte (appréciée), mais il nous a été demandé d’attendre dans le jardin ... malheureusement en pleine tonte. Le bruit de la tondeuse rendait ce moment particulièrement désagréable. On s’étonne qu’un tel entretien soit programmé après 15h, alors qu’il pourrait être effectué entre 10h et 15h, période sans clients dans les chambres. Autre petit oubli : la bouteille d’eau qui devait nous attendre dans notre chambre n’était pas présente. Cela étant dit, le personnel s’est montré agréable, et le jardin est charmant. On imagine aisément à quel point une petite piscine ou un espace bien-être (sauna/jacuzzi) ajouterait au confort général. Enfin, un mot sur le petit déjeuner : vraiment excellent. Varié, abondant et de très bonne qualité. Seul bémol : des viennoiseries qui gagneraient à venir d’une vraie boulangerie artisanale.

We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It met our expectations and we have no complaints at all. It is located very close to a metro station (Monplaisir - Lumiere, green line) so the city centre can be reached easily. The price was very good too. I can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't eat breakfast there.

Bom hotel, quarto bem simples mas tinha um bom espaço e era confortável. Banheiro espaçoso também com um ótimo chuveiro. O local é movimentado de noite, então pode ter um pouco de barulho, mas não nos incomodou. A localização é boa, a pé você consegue conhecer bastante coisa. Estacionamento pago à parte, nessa ocasião conseguimos parar o carro na rua, porém é zona paga, então fique atento para os horários. Não sei se o café é bom, acabamos tomando nas cafeterias na região pois o preço é bem menor. Como dica, gostei bem mais desse hotel do que o localizado logo à frente (L'academie, mesmo dono). Ficaria novamente!

Очень оригинальный, стильный отель . Удобное постельное белье, подушки , одеяло - все что нужно для качественного отдыха . Также удобно, что на первом этаже располагается ресторан .
