這次出差選擇全季酒店，原本衹期待基礎的便捷體驗，結果從踏入大堂到辦理離店，每一個細節都讓人倍感驚喜，徹底刷新了我對中端酒店的期待值。 剛到前台時，工作人員帶着温和的笑容主動上前，不僅快速核對訊息、完成入住手續，還細心詢問了我的入住需求。得知我需要早起趕行程，特意幫忙調整了朝向安靜街區的房間，同時遞上打印好的周邊交通指南，連附近24小時便利店的位置都標註得清清楚楚，這份貼心瞬間驅散了旅途的奔波感。 推開客房門的瞬間，第一感受就是“乾淨得讓人安心”。床單、被罩沒有絲毫褶皺和異味，用手觸摸能感覺到柔軟的質感；桌面、牀頭櫃被擦拭得一塵不染，連充電插座旁的縫隙都沒有灰塵；衞浴區更是讓人驚艷，玻璃隔斷上沒有水漬，洗漱台枱麪乾爽整潔，一次性洗漱用品整齊地擺放在定製託盤裡，甚至連馬桶圈都貼心地套好了消毒過的防護墊，細節處的用心讓人住得格外踏實。 更值得誇的是早餐體驗！早餐時段從7點到10點，完美照顧到不同作息的客人。取餐區劃分得很清晰，熱菜區有五六種家常口味的菜品，炒時蔬脆嫩爽口，醬香排骨軟爛入味；粥品區不僅有小米粥、大米粥，還有銀耳羹、南瓜粥等養生甜粥，搭配着現做的雞蛋餅、葱油餅，口感豐富又暖胃。最驚喜的是現煮麪檔，師傅會根據需求加青菜、香菇、鹵蛋，湯底鮮而不鹹，一碗熱麪下肚，整個人都變得温暖有活力。 入住期間有次想借個充電器，打電話到客房服務後，工作人員不到5分鐘就送到了房間，還額外帶了兩瓶裝礦泉水，臨走時特意囑咐有任何需求隨時聯繫。這種“想在客人前面”的服務意識，比很多高端酒店都要貼心。 總的來説，這次全季酒店的體驗完全超出預期，無論是高效貼心的前台服務、一塵不染的客房環境，還是豐富美味的早餐，都能感受到品牌對“舒適”二字的用心打磨。下次再來這座城市，這裏一定會是我的第一選擇，也已經把它推薦給了身邊經常出差的朋友！

A very pleasant experience right from the start, the ease through check in, comfortably maintained room temperature and clean environment, the property is extremely scenic, kudos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 to the chefs at the restaurants for personalising Muslim meals for me, the service staff is very warm and friendly extending a rich hospitality experience, I will definitely like to come again with my family to experience this Grand Porperty Hotel. Keep it up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was fine on check in . Then came breakfast- absolutely not worth the price to be honest. And the room is not not super clean, upon checkout they hotel tried to claim we stained the bathroom mat , maybe because we are foreigners they want to extort us by keeping our deposit? But my husband spoke sternly to them , they gave us the deposit immediately. Ruined the whole experience but otherwise nice hotel.

房間還可以，環境特別好，套餐很值，服務很禮貌，早餐沒有想象的好，但也還行，健身房不錯，游泳池小童池水温略低，游泳池略小，但也還行吧。本來一切都還不錯，第二天上午的停電毀了一切印象：電梯停運，徒步上下還要拎着行李，沒有照明，沒有無線網絡，廁所馬桶居然都沒水了！沒法上廁所！包括公用洗手間！！！自助午餐很顯然因為這個突發事故而降低了檔次，少了菜品，廚師甚至需要摸黑炒菜，鐵板類的當然都沒法做，連麪條都煮的奇慢無比，衹能湊合吃點。服務人員沒有任何問題，經理們也很着急，問題在於設施或者上層管理：希爾頓這種酒店居然沒有備用電源或者發電機？這種事拿去問豆包，它都覺得匪夷所思！

瑞閣温泉酒店已經入住很多次了，整體體驗還是非常好，位置便利，自駕過來很方便，由北京過來下了高速就到。 房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，私湯温泉水質很不錯，泡完特別解乏。 酒店環境安靜雅緻，前台劉影小姐姐服務特別熱情周到，看我們有個80多歲的長者，特別親自駕駛電動車把我們送到房間，各種關懷備至讓我們倍感温暖。 酒店配套設施也非常齊全，很適合放鬆休閑。早餐種類豐富，味道也很在線，性價比很高。無論是家庭出遊還是週末短途度假都很合適，是京郊泡温泉的好選擇，整體非常滿意，特別推薦大家來體驗。

設施：酒店新裝修的房間，住起來真的超級舒適，24小時熱水供應，中央空調，房間裝修非常高大上，非常現代化，隔音超級棒，睡的很舒適 衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，給人家的感覺，客房打掃很用心，簡直一塵不染，一看就是專業培訓過 環境：酒店位置優越，地段很繁華，旁邊超市飯店一下樓就有，很方便，還有免費停車場，出差很方便，真的是住酒店的首選 服務：前台帥哥服務超級熱情，非常樂於助人，幾乎有求必應，專業性很強，非常細心，非常有耐心，入住感超級棒，服務打滿分哦！總之非常推薦入住這家酒店，真的超乎意料，入住體驗感滿滿！下次入住首選哈哈哈！

Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
