"The location is very convenient, just about a five-minute drive from the airport, and there’s a free shuttle service as well. Breakfast had a great variety and the staff were very flexible and accommodating. The room cleaning wasn’t perfect, but that’s part of the charm in Latin America. They responded quickly to all my detailed questions, including the advance shuttle reservation."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

"The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it."

"The hotel is fine, the only drawback being the somewhat dreary location. But having said that, if you want to be close to the airport (which I did), then the location is very much a secondary consideration. So no problema!"

"Käytin klubin erikoismajaa. On hyvä käyttää klubin lomahuonetta. Klubi lomahuoneessa nautimme laajassa tilassa herkullista ruokaa ja juomia.Kala, liharuoat, voileipä, leivänpaahtokaupat, makeiset ja salaatit ovat loistavia. Olin ollessani saanut klubin juoppoista kiskonosastolta erilaisia matka-ehdotuksia ja nautin kaupungin turisti- ja oluetehtaiden matkasta. Huone on puhdas ja mukava, tarpeeksi iso, jotta se rentoutui. Hotellin henkilöstö on hyvin ystävällinen. Haluan varmasti käyttää sitä uudelleen."

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago."

"Came back here again after 5days trip to easter island. It is good that they keep the luggages. Location is just perfect. Three minutes from costanera center and 5 minutes from MUT. VERY nice neighborhood."
