"Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though."

"Great location just 3 mins walk from the train station (Grindelwald Bahnhof) and bus station. Nice and panoramic view from the window. Breakfast was great! The hotel is close to the city, shops, Coop and many other stores. Everything is just in the walking distance and don’t have to walk up the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Extrem sauberes und schönes Hotel. Die Berg Aussicht in paar Zimmern war wirklich klasse und man konnte sogar sich das Frühstück vom Buffet ins Zimmer nehmen, um es auf dem Balkon zu genießen. Bad war sehr modern, Betten super bequem und sehr hilfreiches Personal."

"遠超預期的酒店，攜程的酒店圖片真的把這家酒店的檔次搞低了，酒店無敵的好，我們的房間180度陽台，無敵的景色，陽台側面（圖一），陽台正面以及餐廳看出去的景色（圖2-4）。畢竟這麼高貴的地方，心理上也是怕服務員高傲，結果酒店服務人員服務無敵好，孩子要加一個梳化床，瞬間搞好了，吃飯加了15瑞郎的奶酪，服務員給娃詳細介紹了各種奶酪（隨便吃）。一路很少吃到蔬菜，這裏點到了一大盤蔬菜，第二天還為我們客制了一份grilled蔬菜。各種菜也很好吃。雖然4500一晚的價格是貴的，一家三口帶12歲娃，所以要貴點，但是這個景色這個服務，絕對值。"

"The hotel is very beautiful and also the room with balcony that I could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain. The breakfast was nice with different choices of food served in a traditional restaurant at ground floor. The garden in front of the hotel was planted with flowers. Will definitely stay again when I come to Grindelwald."

"Best stay in Grindelwald! Center of everything. Great view of Eiger in our room and breakfast. Super Perfect stay with Best POOL view! Bucket list stay in Switzerland. Price is quite expensive but super worth it. Get the Eiger View Rooms and Adore the Views! Best family Stay. The downside is the shower. Its still old school. So for PWD or Oldies pls beware you might fall."

"Extraordinary experience! The room has a large balcony with a stunning view of snow mountains. Bed is clean and soft. Some chocolates and coffee are included. Basic amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and slippers are included! Location is particularly awesome, exactly next to Grindelwald station. You literally step in the hotel right after you get off from your train. Breakfast is typical but well-served. Staff are very nice and provide clear guidance."

"房間正對夢幻山坡，比很多打卡點都更好拍。洗手間雖然要站在浴缸裏洗澡，但是有個透明玻璃隔板，乾濕分離做得其實挺好的，並不至於像攜程的某個評論吐槽得那麼誇張。整個房間還是比較decent 的，mini bar免費。 早餐也很好，甚至還有白葡萄酒和味增湯、米飯和辣椒醬，中國胃可以開心加油了。 酒店的spa 也不錯，不過泡池不大，儘量飯點去錯峯泡澡的話體驗會更好。 酒店提供免費火車站接送服務，我們走的時候甚至是用賓利車送我們去的車站…… 酒店離火車站走路其實很近，五分鐘吧。但是行李多的朋友們最好還是提前通知酒店接送一下，因為格林德瓦這邊是山區，很多大坡要爬。 酒店餐廳每天都有不同的優惠主題套餐，很多人推薦的肉火鍋不錯，湯底沒有怪味，肉質當然很新鮮，但是可以無限添加的蔬菜才是亮點：多汁的小瓜、甜椒和蘑菇是我在歐洲吃到過的最好吃最甜的，值得嘗試。當然鎮上我們吃下來最驚艷的一個餐廳是在酒店走過去十來分鐘的那個sunstar 酒店的餐廳，好像餐廳名字是字母A開頭的。那家的芝士火鍋沒有怪味，適合新手入門；他家的燉牛肉和馬賽魚湯等等都非常好吃。 酒店的服務人員也很友好熱情，完全沒有遇到過任何之前有評論提到的“區別對待亞洲人”的情況。走的時候還給了我們瓶裝水和巧克力。一定會再來"
