"Luxury personalized !! Right outside the train station, excellent service and delicious food, Sauna n steam facilities, massive room and bathroom with all the immunities slippers, bathrobe, etc  View is a 10 on 10 all three sides. It’s a paradise to look out of the window when you get up in the morning, I shall be staying at this place if I ever return to Grindelwald."

"Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms."

"Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though."

"Extraordinary experience! The room has a large balcony with a stunning view of snow mountains. Bed is clean and soft. Some chocolates and coffee are included. Basic amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and slippers are included! Location is particularly awesome, exactly next to Grindelwald station. You literally step in the hotel right after you get off from your train. Breakfast is typical but well-served. Staff are very nice and provide clear guidance."

"We are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel. The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel. The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room. We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food."

"房間正對夢幻山坡，比很多打卡點都更好拍。洗手間雖然要站在浴缸裏洗澡，但是有個透明玻璃隔板，乾濕分離做得其實挺好的，並不至於像攜程的某個評論吐槽得那麼誇張。整個房間還是比較decent 的，mini bar免費。 早餐也很好，甚至還有白葡萄酒和味增湯、米飯和辣椒醬，中國胃可以開心加油了。 酒店的spa 也不錯，不過泡池不大，儘量飯點去錯峯泡澡的話體驗會更好。 酒店提供免費火車站接送服務，我們走的時候甚至是用賓利車送我們去的車站…… 酒店離火車站走路其實很近，五分鐘吧。但是行李多的朋友們最好還是提前通知酒店接送一下，因為格林德瓦這邊是山區，很多大坡要爬。 酒店餐廳每天都有不同的優惠主題套餐，很多人推薦的肉火鍋不錯，湯底沒有怪味，肉質當然很新鮮，但是可以無限添加的蔬菜才是亮點：多汁的小瓜、甜椒和蘑菇是我在歐洲吃到過的最好吃最甜的，值得嘗試。當然鎮上我們吃下來最驚艷的一個餐廳是在酒店走過去十來分鐘的那個sunstar 酒店的餐廳，好像餐廳名字是字母A開頭的。那家的芝士火鍋沒有怪味，適合新手入門；他家的燉牛肉和馬賽魚湯等等都非常好吃。 酒店的服務人員也很友好熱情，完全沒有遇到過任何之前有評論提到的“區別對待亞洲人”的情況。走的時候還給了我們瓶裝水和巧克力。一定會再來"

"We stayed at Eiger Lodge Chic as a couple, and honestly, the location alone won us over — it’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk next to the terminal. That made getting around a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Some of the facilities were under renovation during our stay, but it really didn’t disrupt our experience. The place still felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully managed — you can tell they’re upgrading with the future in mind. Breakfast was simple, but everything served was fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day right before heading out. Sometimes it’s the straightforward things done well that make a stay feel grounded and comforting. Overall, a lovely, easy, and practical base for exploring the Jungfrau region. We’d happily return."

"Best stay in Grindelwald! Center of everything. Great view of Eiger in our room and breakfast. Super Perfect stay with Best POOL view! Bucket list stay in Switzerland. Price is quite expensive but super worth it. Get the Eiger View Rooms and Adore the Views! Best family Stay. The downside is the shower. Its still old school. So for PWD or Oldies pls beware you might fall."
