Paikka on hyvin kaunis ja näköala ja parveke ovat hyvin viileä olla. Se on hyvin tilava jäädä tai nauttia parveke. tila on myös hyvin puhdas. isäntä Tiantian on erittäin mukava ja hyödyllinen. Very unique hotel in the mountains with 10/10 service and friendly staff. Hu Lin, the hotel manager, went above and beyond helping us from pre-arrival (picking us up from train station) to taking us to the Aizhai Bridge, and arranging tickets to see an evening show. The hotel itself and rooms were incredible, very cozy and modern. Views from the room were beautiful too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

I visited during the low season (Dec) and had an enjoyable stay. Great service from the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing some snacks and a kettle of hot water and bringing it to our room without us asking. There is a free shuttle to and from the high speed rail station (Fenghuang station) but you should contact the hotel in advance and let them know what time you're leaving/arriving. However, i'm not sure if this service will be available during the peak periods. There is also a ”shortcut” to Fenghuang old town that is about 10 minutes walk downhill some stairs, though it goes past a somewhat creepy cave and a person's grave, so I would suggest taking a taxi/didi back when returning at night. The hotel breakfast was great too and had wide variety.

I chose this hotel for its simple yet elegant interior design, and after checking in, I was even more impressed by the service. Xiao Xue at reception was incredibly helpful, responsive, and open to feedback, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Feng Huang.

The hotel provided convenient transport to and from the scenic area, which was very helpful during our stay. However, on the day of checkout, they forgot our scheduled pickup time in the morning —even though we had arranged it a day in advance. Thankfully, we managed to book a Didi and still made it to the high-speed rail on time (maybe need to take note for early train) On the positive side, the staff helped us order lunch when we didn’t want to head out in the cold, which we really appreciated. We were also given a room upgrade, but the room remained quite cold despite turning on the heater. Overall, the stay had a mix of good service and a few hiccups, but we’re still grateful for the convenience and assistance provided during the trip.

Wonderful stay with amazing hot springs and outstanding service I had an excellent stay at this hot spring hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing and comfortable. The hot springs were fantastic — peaceful, soothing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What really made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. I would especially like to thank Cherry, who stood out for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help with everything. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place with hot springs and truly excellent service. I would definitely love to come back again!

Everything was perfect! The trip started with a free transfer from the railway station to the hotel(normally is 20 CNY) and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and so cool that they even upgraded our room! The views from the room and the terrace are crazy nice, the hotel is close to everything! I would like to add something to be improved, they could add big bottles of shampoo and shower gel as you have only 5 or 10 ml bottles for the entire stay! Loved it! Highly recommend!

The owner provides great service. The room has a beautiful view, and there is also a pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station. If I have the chance, I would love to stay here again.

酒店位置臨江（沿江步行至東江湖僅25分鐘，早晨去遊湖順路吃個當地魚粉很不錯），房間是很温馨的原木風，個人非常喜歡，假期在這裏靜靜待二天是非常的輕鬆愜意。老闆娘人美熱情，會告訴你如何乘車打車和各景點情況、如何訂票，可以代定景點門票和代叫車服務（不過前提你要確定好自己的行程，否則會給老闆娘增加麻煩咯，要注意）。老闆叔叔也很隨和，這對夫妻真非常美好。一個人從湖南返深的中途來到這裏，獨自去了高椅嶺和東江湖，景美，安靜，非常完整的體驗。由於晚上的高鐵票比較晚，退房後還有10個小時，想在這間隙完成自己的網課，老闆娘得知後主動邀請留下休息，把大廳留給我用，還準備了各種小零食，讓我安安靜靜上課。非常NICE🌷🍀。最美東江湖值得一遊，聽蟬小舍值得停留😊
