"Would never recommend. Below poor service. It's should be closed. Spanish omelette took over 40mins. When it landed came over salted. To get the bill, took another 20mins. Staff look disoriented."

"I have been coming to the BTL for over a decade and it just keeps getting better. The people are incredibly friendly and the service is top notch. Everyone always has a smile on their faces. Abraham does a fantastic job leading the team. Thank you, BTL friends! I look forward to visiting you again soon!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a full chicken but what was served to me was missing the wings. When I questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake, the staff refused to serve me again. The waiter (named Moses) even misrepresented the situation to the head chef, telling him that I refused the chicken because it was boiled — which was completely untrue. To make matters worse, when I later requested more drinks, the same waiter outright refused to serve me. I found this not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected honesty, proper service, and courtesy, none of which I received. I left feeling frustrated and mistreated. Management should seriously look into staff training, honesty, and customer care if they want people to return."
