Grand Westside Hotel sijaitsee strategisella paikalla Manilan Entertainment Cityssä, vain noin 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Ninoy Aquinon kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Hotellissa on täydelliset palvelut, kuten uima-allas, kuntosali ja useita ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja hyvin hoidettuja, mikä takaa mukavan oleskelun. Lisäksi henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, mikä teki oleskelusta kokonaisuutena nautinnollisempaa

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

Booked a standard queen room,Room is clean and love the garden view. Basic stuff were provided but no bath robe just towels. We had good sleep because it was quiet and ac temperature was great.We had buffet breakfast,had great variety of Pilipino food to enjoy.

Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping.

I will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator. A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money.

Erittäin tyytyväinen, huone on tilava, palvelu erittäin hyvä, ympäristö on suhteellisen hiljainen ja turvallisuus erittäin hyvä. Turvatarkastukset vaaditaan laukkujen tuonnissa ja ulos, myös ajoneuvot ovat turvatarkastuksen kohteena ja takeawayt ovat ei sallittu.

We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities.

My siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.

It has such great vibes, and the view is absolutely spectacular—perfect for sunset lovers and those who enjoy infinity pools. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere and the food were both amazing! I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding. This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻 I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying. I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful. I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking. Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort.
