It was very nice and the decoration and Furniture was very antique and nice. The rooms were nice and had clean sheets and Two TV’s. The bathroom as well was very clean and nice although there was no toothbrush holder. Besides the rooms the Hotel had amazing breakfast service and very clean nice courtyards and a Poll and Scuba diving, They also have a Spa and restaurant. An Overall amazing Hotel, The only downside was the location being far from the City but with horrible Traffic inside the city it was nice to be a little bit away from the city center.

Albergo molto grande con camera spaziosa e molto comoda. Buona la colazione con vista ippodromo...molto particolare come situazione.
Parcheggio interno e personale cordiale e disponibile.
Unico neo la piscina esterna che apre a partire dal 1 giugno e con 27 gradi ci stava un bagno

Отличный отель, стоит каждого потраченного евро. Хорошее расположение, зелёная территория, разнообразный завтрак, широкий пляж, несколько бассейнов, анимация. Отдельно хочу ответить высокий сервис: нас заселили на два часа раньше тк номер был готов, дали номер с видом на море и самое главное разобрались с ошибкой при бронировании (не был включен завтрак для ребёнка, хотя он бесплатный). Жалею только что не взяла HB, тк цены в ресторанах на сицилии не маленькие. Даже при том что мы с дочкой едим мало, меньше 40 евро за один ужин не выходило.

Location d'un appartement dans une résidence de l'hôtel Tus'hotel proche de la mer. Cet appartement, au rez de chaussée est spacieux et relativement bien équipé. Sa décoration intérieure est convenable mais on sent qu'une légère rénovation le rendrait plus agréable. Il dispose d'un parking privé et sécurisé. La piscine (en octobre) n'a pas été utilisable car son entretien n'est plus réalisé à cette période.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe most amazing experience ever. The view from our balcony - we stayed on the 4th floor and had the most magnificent view of the sea, the whole Taormina city. Glorious during the day and spectacular during the night.
The breakfast was beyond expectations. There was so much food, lots of different types of bread. Croissants, egg and bacon, fresh cold meats, cereals, different coffee machines , fruit and on and on.
It was located at the top and we caught a bus for 2euros to the hotel. It was a 5 mins walk to the main hub. Perfect!!!!
The pool was amazing. The view was something out of a movie with its picturesque background. The verandah nearby had tables where you could enjoy a drink and relax.
O really the rooms and facilities were beyond expectations and we would have liked to have stayed longer but we had already booked our other hotels in another city.
5++++ experience that we will never forget.

NNickiR82We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area.
We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella.
The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too!
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there.
Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

It was in the summer time during weekday stay.
On the first evening we ate at the restaurant and it was very good set menu and food. There was also a party in house. So we decided to eat again the next dinner but turned out we were the only guest staying that night and were the only one dining in…. So food was not so great compared to night before.ore basic and simple dishes.
But it’s understandable, when the chef has to prepare meal just for us….
The place is busier in the weekend with locals.
And some days the pool is packed with people who joined for the day-pass.
Activities advertised on Facebook for children are also mostly on the weekend.. again we had a baby and felt a bit disappointing while we were there for the lack of activities during the weekday.
The grounds are lovely tho, garden, vineyards, olive trees, swimming pool.

JJulien AvezouWe spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too.
However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days.
Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

WWatcherHotel's location is a convenient short walk to the old town. The in-hotel free parking is a bonus if you book a Classic Room. Room is clean but small, and can be a squeeze if you have big luggages. The only hotel I came across in all my years of travel that does not provide a kettle, and charges for a bottle of water. They might as well charge for the toilet paper. Petty, penny wise and pound foolish! Even if you ask to borrow one, there was none. They charges €2.50 for a 500ml bottle of water, more than 7x what you get from the supermarket. And there is no price list in the minibar. We were charged €7.50 for just one bottle consumed, mistaking the additional charges for tourist taxes. Consolation: Breakfast is good though.

It was very small and only had a partial view which was a bit disappointing but I didn't pay much. The pool was shut which was a shame as although it is February it was warm and I would have liked a swim. I didn't eat at the hotel but did try to have a drink in the bar. Sat for around 15 minutes with no service so gave up. It was a shame as they had live piano music. I am not sure if service is better if you paid more or it is a little indifferent at the best of times. It is out of season so the hotel was not busy. Still fabulous destination and the hotel has a lot of history so definitely worth a visit.

WWatcherLove the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.
