i am giving this hotel in Chengdu a full 10 out of 10. staying here felt more like visiting dear friends than a regular hotel. they really go out of their way to think about how to make your stay perfect. a big thank you to the manager, Xiao Zhou. communication was super easy through WeChat. she replied instantly and helped with so much care. the room is incredibly cozy and stylish with a lovely wooden floor and furniture. i liked the mix of modern and traditional design. my favorite part was the raised wooden platform by the window with a traditional armchair. they also set out a nice tea set with panda tea packets which was a very thoughtful touch. i even had my own private gravel courtyard patio. it was like a quiet little garden oasis. the location is amazing. it takes just a 5 minute easy walk to get to Tianfu Square. the level of hospitality here is simply incredible. for example, when Xiao Zhou found out i had to leave very early for business, she surprised me and sent a cute robot to my room with a bag of snacks and fruits for my trip! this level of care is very rare. highly recommend staying here. i will definitely be back.

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.

Great thing about this hotel is less than 5 min walk to the Subway station Line 1. And you can pay 11 RMB to get yourself to the airport with minimal walking. The room is quite standard, clean and nothing to complain. The surprising thing is that even I am on the 17th floor the sound of traffic below is quite audible. So expect some noises or move to upper floor if you can. Beware if you would like to come back to the hotel at 5PM the traffic can be bad. The location is not ideal if you want to surround yourself with restaurants but there are some around which required some walking.

This was one of my favourite stays. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the park entrance, which makes early starts really easy. From the moment I arrived, the experience was great. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere straight away. They were always attentive and happy to help, and the translator device made communication very easy. The room was modern and comfortable, with a very good bed. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, snack box, face masks, and plenty of bottled water. I also had a balcony with a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more special. Felt like a European hotel in the mountains. The undercover spa was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. There’s also easy access to the nearby village for an evening walk. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and very well-run stay that I’d happily recommend. *they even messaged me very quickly to tell me I had left something behind at checkout. Great customer service.

Staying beside such a meaningful landmark gave us a sense of China’s ancient charm and local culture. I sincerely appreciate the management team, especially Ms. Shandy and her team, for being extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. They truly understand what guests need, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The management team also went above and beyond by sharing information on nearby attractions and recommending excellent local food spots. I truly appreciate their dedication and warm hospitality. Additional Highlights: The hotel’s location is surrounded by local eateries, allowing me to experience authentic Chengdu flavours and culture. The souvenir prepared by the management team was a thoughtful gesture that created a lasting memory of Chengdu’s warmth and friendliness. Thank you once again to the management team and Ms. Shandy for your outstanding service and care. You made my stay in Chengdu truly enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

Hotelli on siisti ja hygieeninen. Sijainti on hyvä, hyvin lähellä Tianfu Squaren metroasemaa, mutta sen on helppo ohittaa kävellen, koska hotelli sijaitsee samassa rakennuksessa muiden hotellien kanssa ja Chaowa on vasta 6. kerroksessa. Raahasin matkalaukkuani edestakaisin ja kävelin rakennuksen läpi kolme kertaa navigaattorin avulla, ennen kuin huomasin, että hotelli oli 6. kerroksessa. Vastaanoton palvelu oli hyvää. Koska minulla ei ollut iltapäiväteetä, he antoivat minulle aamiaisen (pala leipää, pieni pala kinkkua ja rasia maitoa).

The hotel is ideally located, fairly near to the tourist centre of Jiuzhaigou tourist information centre to the scenic area. You can find many restaurants including fast food such as KFC, Mc Donald's within walking distance. If you are taking the bus, it is only a short walk from the bus station/stop. The hotel is well oriented and nicely decorated. I really appreciate the high water pressure which makes taking the shower so enjoyable. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.
