Ainoa kerta, kun annoin Lichengille huonon arvostelun hotellissa, etenkin tässä. 1. Huoneen 407 pistävä vessaveden haju teki nukahtamisen mahdottomaksi. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä kerroin vastaanotossa, että tämä huone ei ole tarkoitettu vieraiden majoittumiseen, mutta he vain pahoittelivat asiaa pinnallisesti eivätkä antaneet mitään ratkaisua. 2. Ilmastointilaite on meluisa, ja jonkin aikaa työskentelyn jälkeen kuuluu kovaa ääntä. 3. Äänieristys on erittäin huono. 4. Laitteisto on vanhaa ja täysin ristiriidassa hinnan kanssa. Yövyin Lichengissä Shanghaissa muutama vuosi sitten, ja kokemus oli erittäin huono, pääasiassa laitteisto-ongelmien vuoksi. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like truly welcome and valued people. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly warm, calm, and pleasant — it really feels like a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your time. The room was perfect: extremely clean, well-maintained, beautifully prepared, and what impressed us especially was the fresh and pleasant smell — everything felt cozy, comfortable, and carefully looked after. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with fresh and tasty food that gave us a great start to each day. We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the reception team. The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. Small thoughtful touches like this make a big difference. We traveled as a couple and spent our time here almost like a honeymoon. It was a romantic, peaceful, and joyful experience. We rested deeply, felt refreshed, and were completely satisfied with the hotel, the service, and the whole team. We are extremely happy with our stay and can confidently say that we will definitely return. Thank you so much to the entire hotel team — especially Nini — for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. You are doing an outstanding job!

Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja puhuu englantia. Majoitus oli myös erittäin siisti ja mukava. Jos se olisi Japani, olisin ollut kolmekymppinen... Tilaamani toimituksen toi ovelleni robotti! Hajua ei ollut lainkaan ja korvatulpat olivat käytettävissä. Aamiainen oli myös varsin herkullinen. Disney-sukkula pysähtyy myös muissa hotelleissa, joten tarkista paikka ennen poisjäämistä. Nousin pois väärään aikaan, mutta onneksi pääsin kahden auton eteen ja pääsin takaisin takavaunuun. Lentokenttäbussi kulkee viiden minuutin välein, ja nousin kello 5.05 lähtevään kyytiin, joten he antoivat minulle leipää ja maitoa. Huoneiden välillä ei kuulunut melua, mutta käytävältä kuului melua. Luulin, että huonetta ei siivottaisiin, koska yövyin ja lähdin lounasaikaan, mutta he siivosivat sen puolestani ja antoivat minulle jopa tohvelit ja vettä. Yksi harmittava asia on se, ettei ole jääkaappia.

Huone oli mukava, ja sieltä oli hyvä näköala Oriental Pearl Towerille. Siisteys oli hyväksyttävää; sängyn alla oli pölyä ja seinillä oli mustia läikkiä, en tiedä olivatko ne hometta, mutta hajua ei ollut. Hotellin aula oli erittäin suuri, ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa.

Free shuttle bus from pudong airport really is a big plus! Took about 10-15mins to get to hotel from airport, v fast, perfect for layover. Room was pretty big, basic amenities all available. We ordered food delivery and there was a robot that sent them up to us haha super cool! Cleanliness could be better I feel, some hair was on the towel ＞＜ breakfast option was not a lot but I enjoyed the noodles and dumplings

This hotel's location is perfect if you need to take a flight at Pudong Airport. The attention was outstanding. The personnel were always helpful coordinating everything, including a shuttle bus service they provide free of charge that leaves every 30 minutes and it only takes 10 minutes to arrive to Terminal 2, and 15 minutes to Terminal 1.They have an inside restaurant that offers very delicious Chinese food. Overall it's great. I called them on the phone and they gave me their WeChat number, so we could both use the translation app. I have to emphasize that the attention was excellent. Thank you 🙏
