We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, its kept immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was surprisingly spacious and quiet. Location not very convenient to reach but perfect for exploring macau peninsula, offering great value for money. Lobby smell good and fresh, but the hallway to the rooms smell like old carpet. Yes it's not a new hotel but consider the rates affordable so I think worth it. Overall Royal hotel is good and recommended

The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!

Joulumatkailu on todella vaivalloista! Kesti täydet 5,5 tuntia talosta poistumisesta tulliselvitykseen, sitten taksin odottamiseen Outer Harbor Pier -laiturilta hotelliin ja sitten jonotukseen sisäänkirjautumista varten!
Lisäksi hotellien hinnat ovat joulun aikaan hirveän kalliita 👻 joten varasin tämän hotellin Macaon niemimaalta. Hinta noin 1200 dollaria sisältää aamiaisen.
Ulkonäkö on suhteellisen vanha, mutta aula ja huoneet ovat kaikki erittäin uusia ja puhtaita. Halusin alunperin mukavuutta ja puhtautta, mutta en odottanut, että huoneet ovat myös kovin täydellisiä Saman tason viime vuosina rakennettu sänky riittää kahdelle hengelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on iso amme, jääkaappi, vaatekaappi, iso tv ja muut varusteet ja ulkokuntosali Se on todellakin odottamaton yllätys!
Lähistöllä on asuinrakennuksia, ja paikalliset teeravintolat ovat erittäin ainutlaatuisia. Iltapäiväteepusseja ja juomia on saatavilla jo yli 30 yuanilla. Hotellin aamiainen on buffet-tyylinen, jossa on kiinalaista ja länsimaista ruokaa, kahvia, teetä ja soijamaitoa, mutta vatsan täyttämiseen riittää 100 dollaria, joten en suosittele! On parempi mennä ulos syömään erityisiä välipaloja.
Kaiken kaikkiaan hinta/suorituskyky-suhde on melko hyvä Jos haluat kävellä ympäriinsä etkä halua olla vaikuttunut hotellin palveluista, voit harkita sitä.

We had a lovely stay here, we got upgraded to a river view room and the view, despite the grey sky, was great. The room and the bed was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean and including all amenities. We also got to enjoy the pool and the gym. It's also a nice short walk to the old city centre. Definitely recommended!

This is the 1st time I stayed in hotel Lisboa , I am so so happy as they have given a very nice room with great view , nice musical fountain show every night from Wynn macau hotel just across my room and we can see the Grand Prix macau too. The hotel staffs are super friendly, helpful and always have a nice smile on their face. Anne was the one to showed us to our room she was very helpful n patient to explain every single detail in the room to us. Location wise is super good and can easily excess to many places . Overall we are happy and blessed to stay with Hotel Lisboa . Thank you guys 😘

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Macau! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was a big highlight relaxing, and exactly what you need to unwind. 🛁✨
What really stood out was the staff who can speak Tagalog, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome as Filipinos. The location is also great, close to key spots and very convenient for getting around Macau.
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service. Will definitely stay here again!

An absolutely outstanding hotel experience. If you are visiting Macau, staying in Taipa is essential, and this property elevates that experience to another level. The uninterrupted panoramic views were truly breathtaking, creating a sense of luxury and serenity throughout our stay.
The room featured state-of-the-art technology, far exceeding the standards of most hotels, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed.
Without question, this has been one of the most impressive and memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other casino resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the casino complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout.
One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here.
Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive.

TTravellerfromhkWe chose W Hotel Macau as we heard the breakfast was great. It actually amazed me with both quality and quantity. Different style of cuisine could be found and we loved most of the food we picked. Moreover, huge thanks to their staff Brian and Hazel with the room upgrade. The mega room was insane. The terrace was more like a space for party where you could enjoy the view of Macau from top of the building while having fun with friends. Also the service from Jimmy when I was checking out was also brilliant. Overall, it is absolutely a place I will stay again in the future.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them.
Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!”
I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.
