Lovely little place, there wasn’t many lights on in the hallway upstairs when we got there (it was pretty late at night), other than that great stay!

Really comfortable and roomy suite. Was quiet and managed to get a good rest. Conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. Nice modern decor and having kitchenette was very handy.

He panivat minut pyörätuoliin, jossa oli oven minun ja toisen vieraan välillä ja kuulin heidän puhuvan koko yön; hän sanoi, että tie oli melko tyhjä. Se ei ollut. Lisäksi sängy ei voinut pitää kiinni sängyssä ja kaikki vaelsi. Muutin hienoon huoneeseen. En ole koskaan kokenut tätä täällä. Pidän tästä hotellista !!!!

1人でキングの部屋を利用。日本人にとっては照明が少なくかなり暗い部屋でしたが…笑 洗面所は明るくて快適でした。朝ごはんは自動パンケーキマシンがあるので、焼きたてを食べられます。別のお客さんでしたが、朝食会場のオーブンを借りてロブスターを焼いていたので、言えばキッチンを借りられるのかもしれません。

VVieraskäyttäjäwell me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The AC worked really well during the really hot days. The stove worked well. Though the fridge wasn’t very cold. Good amount of plates and cups. Breakfast included was also really good. Had a wide selection of food.

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

VVieraskäyttäjäOkay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.

Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

JJUDAY辦理入住幾分鐘。酒店的地理位置非常好，周圍娛樂、銀行、購物都可以步行很方便。停車是在公共的室外收費停車場。早餐是現做的煎玉米餅雞蛋烤肉漢堡和咖啡。房間寬敞，有冰箱但是衹有一把椅子。衞生間設施比較新也乾淨。服務人員熱情，感覺像商務酒店。住了兩天因為是週末價格比較貴，離開後價格就便宜了不少。如果再來還會選擇這個酒店。

GGerald TomynStaff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big. It was easy to bring in large luggage that I was bringing with me for a trip. Only one small annoyance: the bathroom has a beautifully large shower which wss really great. The only problem with it was that the shower curtain didn't reach down to the bottom of the shower opening, so taking a shower means that the bathroom floor gets all wet. I hope the hotel can fit some suitably-sized shower curtains for these showers in future. Otherwise everything was great!
