We gave this a try because we stayed at Paxtonz next door which is run by the same group. But were quite disappointed with the attempted charge of 10 RM per each item of bedsheet, pillow, linen for our fifth family member. The booking and listing is for 5 adults can sleep in this room type and they didn't provide any bedding for the sofa bed in advance. Anyways after talking to them and going to lobby reception, I got it myself from one of their staff at their linen room. Yes they were busy during the National holidays but that's not an excuse for attempting to overcharge me for something I paid for already. No toothbrush or coffee / tea bags provided. Pool and gym at 39/F. Parking is paid by guests themselves.

Room was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I really liked the contemporary design — it felt cozy yet spacious enough for a comfortable one-night stay. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more relaxing. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was in good working condition. The location in Petaling Jaya is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food options. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the instructions provided were clear, making the whole process hassle-free. The facilities were a nice bonus. The building felt secure, and the environment was generally quiet, which was great for resting. Overall, my one-day stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would consider staying here again for a short trip or weekend staycation.

Hyvä herra tai rouva, Haluaisin jakaa palautetta viimeaikaisesta hotellista. Minulle osoitettiin yhteyshuone, josta en tiennyt sisäänkäynnin aikana. Valitettavasti, melu vierekkäisestä huoneesta jatkui noin 1:00 a.m. , joten minun on vaikea nukkua. Ääni alkoi sitten uudelleen noin kello 6:00, ja vaikuttaa edelleen lepooni. Olisin kiitollinen, jos voisitte ystävällisesti neuvoa, miksi yhteenliitäntähuone on osoitettu, varsinkin kun vierekkäinen huone oli miehitetty vieraita tuntematon minulle. Haluan myös korostaa joitakin huolenaiheita huoneen hygieniasta, ja huomasin, että hiukset ovat huoneen useilla alueilla, ja myös veriväreitä oli leikkauspussissa, joka oli hyvin kyseenalaista. Viime aikoina olin Tune Hotel KLIAssa ja minulla oli sekaisin kokemuksia. Alkaen puolilta, hissi valaistus oli melko pimeä, joten on vaikea nähdä ja tunnistaa nupit selvästi, varsinkin yöllä. Ilmastointi huoneessa ei ollut myöskään kylmä tarpeeksi, mikä teki tilan tuntuvan vähäiseltä ajoissa. Huomattava muotoinen haju huoneessa, joka vaikuttaa yleiseen mukavuuteen, ja huone itse näytti melko dated varmasti tuntuu siltä, että se on johtuu jonkinlaisesta uudistamisesta ja parantamisesta. Myönteisemmässä huomautuksessa hotelli tarjoaa joitakin mukavia parkkeja. Täydentävät virkistys oli miellyttävä kosketus, ja ilmainen aamulla-tunnin ohjaus bussilla KLIA1 oli erittäin mukava ja auttoi tekemään lentokenttäsiirrot vapaita. Yleensä, kun sijainti ja lisämukavuudet ovat suuria, parannus huolto, ilmastointi, ja yleinen huonetila olisi suuri ero vieraiden kokemuksen.

The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab.

We stayed here for one night and found the hotel strategically located near an MRT station, making it convenient to travel to Kuala Lumpur city centre. There are also several dining options available around the area. The stay included a complimentary breakfast with a good mix of Asian and Western choices, which was a nice touch. The room itself was decent and suitable for a couple, though fairly simple. I also appreciated the drinking water station provided on-site. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay for a short trip, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the city and nearby food options.

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth. the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo. there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day. kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.
