We recently stayed at a hotel near the Yongmen Grottoes and had an amazing experience. The receptionist , Ms Chang Ming Ming was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was so kind and help us with online wechat booking of the tickets to the Yongmen grottoes, saving us the time to queue at the ticket counter. The breakfast was simply sumptuous (Chinese breasfast) - worth every bit of the 40 Yuan! . I especially appreciated the freshness and quality of the food. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every corner was spotless, and the room was impeccably maintained, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Yongmen Grottoes entrance making it perfect for anyone planning to explore this beautiful historic site. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service! Tips - please call ahead for location of the hotel as taxi is not allow to enter the area close to Yongmen Grottoes and the hotel will pick you up frm nearest drop off

先説基本條件，本人先後僅僅兩次前往新縣，巧合的是兩次都在同一酒店，同一房間，推開窗户，傲視潢河，一覽無窮！出門漫步河岸，春風徐來，是難有的愜意！有過小橋，是新縣廣場，全縣中心！忙完了，可以驅車西河，感受那裡人少景美好風水，也可以騎行鄂豫皖蘇區首府，仰視英雄，迴歸初心！

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

這次入住全季酒店體驗感拉滿，全程舒心又治癒。大堂原木風設計簡約高級，淡淡的茶香讓人放鬆；房間乾淨無異味，採光好、隔音佳，床品親膚柔軟，認床也能睡安穩。衞浴水流充足，用品齊全，充電口布局合理。工作人員服務熱情周到，有求必應，細節滿滿。早餐清爽可口，洗衣房健身房也很方便。無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，品質在線，真心推薦，下次還會再來！

Absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean — from the rooms to the common areas. The reception team and service staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The location is ideal — right in the heart of Luoyang and just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring the city super easy and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Luoyang. Also the breakfast it’s so yummy 🤤!!!! I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again!

English is hardly spoken here, but that’s not really a problem these days. The staff are incredibly kind, and the room condition is excellent for the price.

來鄭州旅遊選了格爾國際飯店，整體體驗特別滿意，完全超出預期。酒店位置很方便，離商圈和景點都不遠，出行打車、坐地鐵都很省心，出去玩不用在路上浪費太多時間。大堂裝修精緻大氣，環境乾淨整潔，一進門就覺得很舒服，辦理入住速度快，工作人員態度温柔又耐心，有問題都耐心解答，讓人感覺很親切。 房間空間寬敞，採光很好，打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度適中，睡起來特別踏實，隔音效果也不錯，晚上很安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定，洗漱用品齊全，細節做得很到位。酒店配套很貼心，早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、水果、飲品都有，味道新鮮可口，開啟一天好心情。 周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，酒店環境安靜不嘈雜，特別適合出來放鬆度假。性價比很高，不管是和朋友出行、家庭遊玩都很合適。整體服務、環境、設施都在線，住得舒心又安心，下次來鄭州還會優先選擇這裏，真心推薦給來鄭州旅遊的朋友！

Nothing special about this hotel . Staff is not really cooperative with foreigners. Room and bathroom were really small. Parking fee was way too expensive for over the night stay. It’s a bit overrated hotel . Can find many other better options in similar price .

Booked the triple room for a week and was happy with how spacious the room was. Bathroom was clean and water pressure is good with hot bathing water readily available during the winter period. Bed and pillows were firm and clean. Staff was pleasant and early check in was made available to us. They provided us with free yogurt for the whole duration which we appreciate a lot. Very central location with dehua shopping street just downstairs and erqi tower nearby. Erqi metro exit D is most convenient as its a short walking distance. Lots of food and shopping available in the vicinity. The train station is also a short walk away. While the hotel is not modern looking with some wear and tear (peeling wall paper and some dusty areas), we were very satisfied with the stay. Revolving restaurant on the 28th floor for breakfast was also pleasant. Will recommend if u r looking for a central hotel that is affordable in a shopping district.
