Solicitamos com antecedência uma vista para a Terceira Ponte, mas infelizmente esse pedido não foi atendido — seria um diferencial que valorizaria ainda mais a experiência. O café da manhã é impecável: muitas opções, tudo muito saboroso, e destaque para o omelete feito na hora. Em relação ao almoço e jantar, achamos a comida saborosa, mas o cardápio à la carte poderia ter mais variedade. Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é o atendimento dos manobristas, que poderiam ser mais cordiais no trato com os hóspedes. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e certamente voltaríamos, especialmente se esses pequenos pontos forem aprimorados."

"We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement.
